I have MTSU winning it all, so that was a big game for me.
If this happens, it's gotta be the biggest upset in tournament history. I don't remember the other 2s that lost being borderline 1 seeds.
^^^ Ummm, that's ridiculously false. And please don't give me some BS about KenPom and PPP and all that ****.
Has the Vegas tournament favorite ever gone down in the first round? I'm guessing no, so there is your answer.Want me to give you Vegas spreads?
Want me to give you Vegas spreads?
Norfolk over Missouri was probably a bigger upset
Hulkamania still running wild. Big boot and leg drop on Gawker to the tune of $115 million.
[eyeroll]
There is more to upsets than Vegas spreads...I like your numbers, but you're too much sometimes. Don't compare freaking Missouri's overrated *** to Sparty, legit title favorite, losing to a 15.
[laughing] Isn't that more than they even asked the jury for?
It depends on how you define "upset" because we are clearly using two different definitions.
In reference to pre-tournament expectations for an individual team then yes, MSU losing today was a bigger upset than Missouri's.
If upset is used in terms of likelihood of occurring, then Norfolk's win is a bigger upset than MTSU's by the shear virtue of Norfolk's inferiority to MTSU.
Not exactly sure on the exact workings, but wouldn't Gawker have to post a certain percentage of the ruling as bond before an appeal can go forward? So even if they can appeal it down, they will have to float a large *** chunk of change.
Good, eff that stupid outfit. Deadspin and few other pages are good, but Gawker, jezebel, etc. can GGP imo
