I really enjoy Lappas, always have...better on the sideline when you don't have to see his mug the entire time tho.
He also just pointed out Yale is one of the best rebounding teams in the country, #2 in the country, in fact. Didn't realize that. So, in addition to their good guard play (Mason) & shooting, they pretty much negated Baylor's calling card.

New preworkout...Muscle Pharm Assault Black Label. Nothing really different from the regular assault although my stamina was great, didn't want to leave the gym to go to work at all. Trying the Onnit T+ soon as well. Already ordered it.

I usually grind over my bracket every year. Probably took me 20 mins this year* because I knew it would be in the ******* at this point. I was right.

So awesome to be at work right now watching this on my standard def 21 inch screen instead of at home watching on a 50 inch HD screen because I'm getting ready for trial. #blessed

These personal bracket updates are great, but I'd really like to hear about something more interesting, like how everyone did the last time they bowled.
For me, I don't think I broke 120, but I was feeling pretty good form-wise after two games. It was easily one of the best baby showers I've ever attended, however.
