The only way WKU gets in my good graces is if they somehow become an annoying little thorn in UofL's side. I simply don't need those two shitbag institutions fraternizing anymore than they already do. Makes me nauseous.

These personal bracket updates are great, but I'd really like to hear about something more interesting, like how everyone did the last time they bowled.

For me, I don't think I broke 120, but I was feeling pretty good form-wise after two games. It was easily one of the best baby showers I've ever attended, however.

Went about a 6 weeks ago randomly with another couple. Probably had been 10 years before that. First game was a 97, after a few beers, second game 157. Was actually a good time, but quite sketchy environment. Could easily see someone getting stabbed or shot.

I'm a powerful ball roller.

You're a coach of a 1 seed. In your opener against a 16 would you rather:

1) Struggle in the first half before waking up and pulling away in the second.
2) Methodically pull away throughout the game.
3) Blow them out from the get-go.

Was Chattanooga aware that Indiana can shoot the 3 pretty well? They sure as hell don't look like they've seen a scouting report.

OG making the leap *this* year it seems...

IU is scary AF. They aren't being guarded, but when they are having one of "Their game", there isn't a whole lot you can do either way. They launch.

Hope IU blows their load tonight. Christ. Deliberately avoiding watching this game. I've seen IU enough times and I'm too nervous to watch them go ape.

You have to make Yogi blow by and beat you at the rim. And don't help either b/c IU has the shooters to make you pay. ...But there isn't much more of an AUTO in CBB than that little **** coming down and pulling up off the dribble from deep. You HAVE to run him off the line.

Anyone thinking that game won't be a war is kidding themselves. In some ways, IU is a worse match up than UNC.

We've gotten really good at using Murray and Ulis to probe for match ups on switches. But, IU has a lot of interchangeable wings that can switch and stay in front of you while UNC has more traditional bigs that I think we can exploit.

Then again, we can give Willis major run against IU and maybe not so much against UNC.

Such is matchup hoops, I guess. Survive and advance...I'll put my tourney life in the hands of our backcourt and feel good about it.

Here. We. Go.

Let's just get this win tonight. Lot of giants played today and none were felled. I'd prefer that some other high profile program had been knocked out earlier today. Someone will be, hope it's not us.

Too bad, justice for all those years of academic fraud would have had UNC be the first 1 to ever lose to a 16.

Our game gonna tip off by 10...that'll work. Seems like last year, or recent, a few of our 9:40 have gone off closer to 11.

Anyone else see this Sling TV add on here with Ramel Bradley on it? That's pretty odd.

I search his name to see what he is up to and this pic is at the top for a wikipedia link to him:

wtf?

Some of you guys are bad asses. Shew!! :fire::fire::fire:

I"M NOT NERVOUS CAYUTS BY 90 [eyeroll] I don't think we're going to lose, it's a fun nervous. Part of caring too much, I guess.

Sometimes I wish I were a casual fan in March, trust me. I'll be nervous for every non 16-seed game until the day I die, unfortunately.

Quit trying to hard to sound cool...good posters don't have to do that.

Remember when this happened at Georgia? And not a GD thing has happened to Carolina, even though their issues are like a nuclear bomb compared to Georgia's grenade.

His tenure at Georgia ended in controversy in the spring of 2003. His son, Jim Harrick, Jr., a Georgia assistant, got into trouble for paying $300 in expenses for one of his players, Tony Cole.[4] He also gave an "A" to Cole, Rashad Wright and Chris Daniels for a basketball strategy class even though they never attended the class.[5] After the story broke, Georgia pulled out of the 2003 SEC Tournament and withdrew from postseason consideration. The school suspended Harrick, Jr. on February 28, 2003 and fired him five days later. Harrick, Sr. was suspended on March 10 and resigned on March 27 after being told his contract wouldn't be renewed.[6]

An NCAA investigation confirmed the violations and also found that six players didn't pay for over $1,500 of long-distance telephone calls in December 2001. The telephone charges in question were due to hotel error and ultimately never charged to the program. Since they weren't valid charges, Georgia didn't self-report the violations until an internal investigation into the program in July 2003. In 2004 the NCAA placed Georgia on four years' probation for the violations. It also forced the Bulldogs to vacate half of their wins from 2001–02 and all of their wins from 2002–03—30 games in all. Harrick, Jr. was given a seven-year show-cause penalty order for his role in the academic fraud, as well as telling two of the players involved to lie to the NCAA. The "show-cause" effectively blackballed him from the college ranks until 2011 at the earliest.

Joey's more funny when he is above my head. When I don't understand him, I just assume it's a humor I am too dumb to get and, in turn, brilliant.

Stay at that level, buddy. Leave the below the belt insults and mocking to the pros.

For the record, anxiety is part of fandom, gets the adrenaline pumping.
