This little "You made us proud" manifesto is just weird. I mean, nobody outside of the Louisville MSA limits has shown any affection for this bunch, yet they act like all of college basketball is prepared to salute Lee and Lewis as shining heroes. The whole thing is just bizarre.
almost as bizzare how this solid but still just a top 20 team of theirs will now lose the 3 best players (2 5th yr mercenaries + Nanu to weak big man draft) but next year is a top 5 guarantee final 4 squad. Huh? Mitchell is a real nice athletic kid, King might break the mold and contribute alot since frosh usually don't under pitino.....and what else? Snyder (Q!!!!!) strikes no fear in opposing coaches with his pedestrian play. Who makes 3s?

I dunno, must be a coping mechanism from this tourney ban+other future punishments......

"First of all, my wife has already told me if he decides to come, ‘you’re not leaving,’ so that would mean I’m here five more years. If I’m here five more years, why not stay ’til 70, why not sign a new contract and I’ll be 70 when I leave. Seems like everyone coaches until 70, I was thinking 60, but maybe I’ll coach until 72, maybe 73,” Cal said. “If he comes and he wants to walk on, to be able to spend four years with my son and the ups and downs of this ..."

She may have been the 2nd hottest cheerleader on that squad. Holly Bankemper who is married to Chris Collinsworth was a dime piece herself.

I must say I'm kind of impressed you guys can remember names of UK cheerleaders from the 80's.

I have trouble with the full names of the ones I got down with in the 90's.

I'm good with Brad coming to UK. Unlike Sutton and Smith, I think Cal will be extremely tough on Brad and I can't imagine he'll ever see the floor in more than mop up duty.

Honestly though if Brad Calipari went anywhere other than UK I would seriously question Cal's ability to explain ancillary benefits to young people.

Looking through the website where Slice got that jersey from. Don't know who TF Burgess Carey is but this would be slick too.

Haha. Definitely a shady website. If you spring for the more expensive ones though the guaranteed delivery is 20 days (which is still outrageous.) Might be the only thing that's keeping me from pulling the trigger.

Everyone on the NKY/SWOH GYERO Upward Elite Ballers League of Champions has been rocking those every week.

Except they're all Todd Svoboda jerseys.

Didn't realize tonight is the last Downton Abbey. DVRing it so no spoilers BBdK unless you confirm that the series ends with Lady Mary being mauled by a bear.

I dropped out of Downton a few seasons ago, but am now looking to start it over because I caught the special on their "historical manners consultant."

At one point, he went quietly ballistic because of a table not being aligned on center with a fireplace. This resulted in everything else in the room being unsymmetrical and therefore "losing all dignity" of the space.

I basically started acting like a member of Arsenio's dog pound on my couch when that happened.

I like the idea that Brad actually becomes a contributor, which would somehow make some people hate Cal more. Also, getting way up on Louisville, and have Brad in the game throwing up 3 goggles, reloading, and shooting arrows in the Yum Center.

Aliexpress isn't shady. I mean, it is shady, but it's real. It's just the US version of the Taobao website owned and run by Alibaba (ticker: BABA), a massive Chinese version of EBAY/Amazon. AliExpress doesn't actually own/hold any inventory itself, it's an online marketplace. You're dealing with random Chinese merchants. So yeah, it's slow as ****, and the stuff you're getting is made by 5 year olds, but as long as you understand that, you won't get ripped off. If the **** never arrives, they'll give you your money back.

New gig at work; management. LOL at the drama. That 45 yr old coworker of yours that's a sentence short with you for no known reason, yeah all she does is send snarky emails to her manager about you. Amazing.

AliExpress= UKMemphis' latest MLM or nah?

Hehehe at Murray and the arrow. Bigger props to the officials for not T'ing him up for tripping the kid with a minute to go. He definitely did that on purpose.

Team Brad Calipari. That's as big a commitment as we've had in the big picture.

The itch to drive down to Nashville Friday and hit it hard for one night then catch the Saturday game is STRONG. Haven't done anything like that with the guys since kids 5 years ago (read that again DINKS) but the stars are aligning.
