Distance running really isn't all that good for you.Just read an article about a girl I used to date who died running a marathon. Pretty jarring. Massive heart attack at the finish line. 2 young kids at home. Damn.
False. Extreme distance running has some side effects but for the most part running, even marathon distance, is extremely healthy. Don't post the article, I've read it and the several others that contradict it.
