Murray goes off in the 2nd causing that psycho Martin to erupt in a blood red tantrum...couple technicals later he's tossed and Cats cruise to a much needed confidence building road win without #22.
Rally sons of Notre Dame, sing her glory and sound her fame... need them to put Louisville's season and all that ridiculous talk of winning the ACC on ice this afternoon.

Distance running really isn't all that good for you.Just read an article about a girl I used to date who died running a marathon. Pretty jarring. Massive heart attack at the finish line. 2 young kids at home. Damn.
False. Extreme distance running has some side effects but for the most part running, even marathon distance, is extremely healthy. Don't post the article, I've read it and the several others that contradict it.
