Had a buddy at practice. No DJ on the floor. We f*****.
What a circus.
Anyone else need a rest day or a cover up for a suspension?
I don't know anyone upset over TS and the Chiefs. I see memes accusing people of being upset. My only issue is I don't like the Chiefs. I'm worn out with seeing Mahomes on every State.Farm commercial but Kelce is now on every other commercial for everything and I do think that is as much a result of being Swift's boyfriend as it is about his ability on the field. If the NFL and it's advertisers were sincere at all with.their talk about diversity and "end racism", why is it always a "safe" Mahomes, Kelce, or Baker Mayfield. Why can't Lamar Jackson be a spokesperson? They won't even give him a payday loan commercial or a cameo on Nissan Heisman house.
I don’t mean this negative at all, but in this moment I’m not much of a fan of how close you can be to our team.
Cal not releasing this info until 10 minutes before game time gives me no time to dwell. I kind of didn’t realize I appreciate that.
- That said, the drama there is about what? Wagner has no reason to not play, right?
I hope DJ's boo-boo feels better soon.
Not saying it’s applicable here but other guys have seemed to quit at the exact moment their draft stock began dropping.
In the era of NIL that’s more reason to play to get paid in college! Thats what I don’t get about NIL on either side.
For the business how does ROI even compute? And on the players side at what point is it honestly just annoying to be obligated to do stuff you simply just aren’t interested in.

Guys ranked in top5 aren’t worried about some NIL deal. They are worried about a top draft pick contract ($20-$30mm) and the second nba contract ($200-$250mm).
More tape of poor play puts the first contract in jeopardy. Better to say “I’m hurt” and shut it down.
Again, not saying that’s what is happening here.
And I have no idea how any business is making any sort of a return on these deals.
Brady would be able to answer that one.

Considering he's been a fringe lotto pick that is now playing to barely stay in the 1st round, I'm not quite sure what the intention of him not playing would actually serve. Words already out he only goes left, can't jump off his right foot and is a so-so shooter. That won't change if, in fact, he is sitting to protect his draft stock.
Thanks, deuce, I think you can call it a day at this point.
Grief.
Grief.
But, what you are saying, is that you like to have penises inserted in your mouth, correct?
It’s annoying and tiresome that - based on past experience - any time someone sits out we are compelled to assume some ******** is happening.
Chad nailed the pep in your step feeling with winter sun warmth and Cats rolling. Need that back.
I feel Cal goes for more F4s at UCLA wonder if he regrets. I do. I think we both would be in a better place unfortunately.
Theres no pride in this program and maybe some of it is NIL at large in cbb but this fan base effing deserves it. .
The fatigue is real.

People are pretending like we didn’t have a player schedule a procedure during conference play last year and have the coaches wife stand in his place during Senior night.
Whatever wild speculations have been thrown around this year about players are no more outrageous than that.

Really feel like a cuck for those six weeks or so I thought it had all really changed. Now I feel like some ***** in a gimp suit ball gagged in the corner while watching the Persian who sells me Zyn at the Sunoco down the street *** bang my wife.
And how is this different from most other Friday nights?
Well all I’d say is I have faith in the group that is playing.

If Wagner wants to quit, while that sucks and is as short sighted as can be, he is the one chasing money so I’m not shocked really, but I am disappointed.
Hopefully the rumors are just that!
The pizza review itself is not what's important, but this video struck me in a really sweet way with how Portnoy took the time to meet with the family. The interaction between the mom and daughter on the phone, and then the dad's genuine reaction... good stuff.
Anyone watch the Iowa/OSU finish? Fouled twice in the last 11 seconds with a 3pt lead.

-I’ve been thinking about this for a while as I’m sure a lot of us have and they touched on it on KSR or PTI today I don’t recall, but I am worried the college game is going to fall apart as we knew it if the portal/NIL continues.
I honestly thought the portal was just for Covid and then it would end once that cycled through but doesn’t sound like it after all.
Coaches are going to take lesser NFL jobs as they less and less want to spend their life recruiting and re-recruiting.
That’s going to get super old. You could just see how badly Coen wanted TF out of college. He would’ve taken ANY NFL OC job. The Bears job was almost guaranteed to just be a one year gig for crying out loud.
The BC coach took the OC Packers job. That’ll be more common and stripping talent from the coaching ranks of college.
-Hate to say it but if we don’t have Wagner back I don’t think we beat UT.
We don’t get a 5-10 point Rupp advantage right now which is weird because I’ve never felt that at any time in my life.
Check that. The last home game for Gillispie, senior night with Georgia I felt that way. I think it was like our 4th or 6th loss in over 100 years of senior nights or whatever it is .
-Groceries: I can’t imagine trying to feed a family of 4 or more healthy meals 2-4x a day. It’s absolutely absurd what protein, veggies and fruit cost these days.
Considering turning my cold tub back into a freezer and buying bulk like crazy. Plus, there’s a cold tub at the BJJ gym as well as a sauna whenever I can use those again.
-Besides sports and a couple Bravo shows (yeah I know I’m trash, but below deck and southern charm are fun) there is zero on tv for me right now, probably for the better.

Ive been dreaming of Frank Vogel for years. We could double his current deal easy or trade Cal straight up. It fits so well 50 years old, personality, recruiting NBA athletes, connection to the past.. even though its completely stupid to think he would jump to cbb in this era.
Usually, I’m banging the Persian at the same time. None of this sitting in a corner like a ***** stuff.
I’m whatever’s happening at the moment, man.
Butler, up 3 with 6 seconds left, fouled Creighton and won the game.
Just can’t understand the logic.
Just can’t understand the logic.
Woke up today pissed off we’re a Dillingham FT away from an all-timer crowd at Rupp tonight.
Or, have someone inbound to Reed or Antonio, and maybe foul with 5 seconds to go up 3, and the fact that it would have been a 1&1 as we only had 6 fouls.
Only thing I’m mad about is that I let my kids convince me to get the Heath Caramel Brownie Xplosion last night at the DQ for desert.
It’s been 12 hours ago and I still feel like crap from it.

Did you wake up in a hazy fog and barely remember sharing with the world your fantasies of a bisexual threesome orgy with your wife and a minority?
Personally, that would piss me off way more.
Wynn, do you ever AirBNB your spare bedrooms? Asking for a friend…
At least you can take solace in the fact that you wouldn't have been there either way.
My wife’s mucus plug is falling out and she’s been contracting. I’ll see if I can swing down to catch the game with my douchebag friends who are a 5-minute walk to Rupp.
Eat a F’ing dick.
I woke up this morning well rested with a clear mind. Our program has a Saturday off for the first time since Christmas (and that was the first one since early November). Got a great slate of games today. The weather’s nice. The grill and smoker are clean. Got a nice offer on some real estate me and cat chaser have been sitting on.
But for our favorite basketball program. . .
But for our favorite basketball program. . .
Rupp crowd KNOWS when they need to bring it too. Off a hard fought win, gutted out… maybe Wagner’s out again..
Hyatt bourbon flowing into Rupp beers on a Saturday night for the first time.. that would’ve been..
FU John.
I’m old enough to remember players sitting out because of all the sex they were having with teammates’ significant others. Simpler times…
