Yeah, it's exciting now but it's really going to suck when Cal purposely sabotages the team just to spite the fan base. We all know once the season starts that Cal will start Ugo at the 5 and we'll try and cram the ball to him every possession. Dillingham will leave the team before Xmas and Shep will get nothing more than Jon Hood minutes. Brace yourselves.
You know you had a sarcastic comment almost exactly like this before beginning of last year joking about him having Lance Ware passing it to Collins to Wheeler while reeves was sitting on the bench that turned out to literally be the lineup in OT of the MSU game. Don’t jinx us two years in a row!
When we hired coach Welch, I posted on how big of a home run of a hire it was. Said that he basically adjusted the DDM, for the modern day NBA. A few posters on here laughed, and asked if I was joking or serious, lol. WELP.
The shot chart from the first few games show it implemented. He is exactly what we have needed, an offensive coordinator basically, letting cal focus on defense.
The offense looks like a night/day defense from the last few seasons. 30+ threes a game? Leggo.
The defense is the biggest surprise. We are all over the place, hands everywhere, Uber aggressive. Let Cal cook, atkot. You can tell that he is all in, and loving it.
I know it’s too early to get excited. Still, I like my team. They are fun to watch, and surprisingly good. Love the 1-2 of DJ, Dillingham. Hopefully Edwards can turn into MKG, with that pure stroke.
Reed and Theiro will be the energy leaders this year, and they have the skills to back it up. Both will be hard to keep off the court.
This is without either seven footer, and hopefully this event has shown Cal that you only need one big, surrounded by shooters.

Last night was hard to watch with the janky quality but Wagner, Reeves, Reed, Theiro and Mitchell. Wagner is obviously our best player.

Yup, it's hard to take your eyes off Wagner when he's out there, but I've been impressed with everyone and everything so far.

I haven’t watched beyond the highlights, but it seems not having a back to the basket big man on the floor has really opened up the spacing and freedom of movement. What happens when Bradshaw and UGO come back? Time will tell.
I think the most important player on this team was also the most important player on last year’s team: Reeves. The difference is that this squad appears it can overcome a Reeves’ off-night whereas last year’s squad couldn’t. See, Round 2 collapse.

-Yesterday I actually skipped the gym to eat bfast with the gal pal down here, stayed with her the night before, then we hit the Dali Museum which was really cool and then lunch. Always enjoyed how crazy that dudes paintings were. Obviously he loved the hallucies.
Supper and movie with the KW ex’s (my “Florida fam”) brother and mom last night. Found out she’s preggers and engaged this morning
. No I’m happy for her, love her and her family, just weird to hear. First ex, I ever gave one eff about when I heard that.
-Hitting gym called Barbell Barbell in SP this morning, then will visit said gal pal at her work for lunch and say goodbye, as the homie T Swift says, There’s good in good byes, or whatever.

People gave it an applause at the end which was definitely undeserved, just saying.

Bro I’ve called so many lawyers and it seems like no one wants to do **** or that’s not their area of law, super effing annoying or they recommend the office my dad already has representation from where POS took him or they have court already that day. Going in solo for the EPO summons on Tuesday I guess.
