I watched about two hours of Dillingham last night and I’m more excited than I was before I watched.
This group of freshman may disappoint here and in all likelihood they will but I don’t think they are gonna come in and get punked. They have the mentality to do well here. A lot of Monk, Murray, Lamb vibes from this group.

SWVa is another world.
Not a knock, entire family from the area and I lived for first 10 yrs there. Its just...different.
I'd say SWVA is basically just Eastern KY. Western NC, Eastern KY, SWVA VA, and eastern TN are all about the same region, culturally.

That whole video is hilarious. Didn't really follow him at Kansas, but it's kind of refreshing to see someone not taking himself so seriously and having some fun with all of this vs. the whole mumbling, teary-eyed interviews of fake "oh my god I'm just so #blesstd to be here, I've been praying so hard y'alls to be a Charlotte Hornet for all my life even before I was born." I'm a fan now. Hopefully him and Herro are the face of the league for the next decade+ *lol*.
First step for Livingston, that krazy conveniently leaves out, is learning how to play basketball. You know, like dribble, shoot, etc.

Thiero was better last year but wasn't represented by Klutch, so he got to watch Livingston, ahem, play through his mistakes.

My 7 year old went nuts over the draft. I didn’t even know he knew it existed and he was acting like it was X-mad morning. I was out of town and I got FaceTime calls with him happily yelling “OH MY GOD DAD BRANDON MILLER IS GOING TO CHARLOTTE!!!!” and “NO WAY CASON WENT 10TH!!!!” Lol. Relax dude. It happens every year.

I didn’t have a problem with Livingston…played his *** off in my opinion.
I just thought he was a typical freshman trying to find his way. Not having an elite skill makes it tough.

Yeah, he would have been a perfect player 15 years ago when spending a year developing your game in college wasn’t considered failure. I was more upset about him leaving than anyone else.
Out of High School Livingston was a top 20 recruit? I’m pretty sure he was at Oak Hill and the best recruit in Virginia?
I’ve seen too many kids here look mediocre and perform way better in the NBA to think that kid wasn’t in handcuffs here.
We’ll see, but what I don’t worry about is a 19YO with his build not being able to earn PT because of some 27-30YO white dudes holding down a 19YO kid that’s built like a damn grown *** man.
Playing off Giannis won’t hurt him. I’m happy for the kid and think he’ll do well and play.
