Been spending a ton of time on isanyoneup.com.
Can’t believe I didn’t find out about this site sooner. Great material.

Damn. Him and Bill Russell in the same week.
Speaking of local newscasters…look at this fine, mature woman. Vickie Dortch still has it.
That was dope.

I mean- bring it TF on. What a schedule.
I attended a B-W game in Riverfront Coliseum in the late 80s. Sutton was coaching.
- I can’t for the life of me remember us playing Gonzaga in Maui in 2002. That’s rare.
- Looking forward to UK finally benefiting from the incremental leaps from established players. We have seen it every now and again, most recently from Tschibwe, Quick and Richards, but can’t wait to see what Reeves, Wheeler, Toppin, Fredrick and Tschibwe have in store for us.

It is easy to forget since it was played less than 24 hours after an absolute **** show performance vs UVA the day prior.
The start of that 02-03 season was pure garbage but damn if they didn’t do a 180.
When was the last time we even played in the Maui? It’s still pretty lame Cal refuses to ever play in it.
Reeves is such a solid addition, dude will get us buckets. 6’6 who can create his own shot and knock down some threes.
Pretty sure I wekked it to Vickie Dortch a few times back in the day.
-RIP Vin. The goat

- Vin Scully was one of those people who I guess I just assumed would live forever. The best to ever do it.
- Back in the day, they'd spread the Blue/White game around. They'd always have two of them...one at Memorial, and then one out in the state. They had one in Cynthiana that I attended in the mid-80's, presumably because it's Joe B's hometown. After the game the players/coaches lined the perimeter of the gym for autographs/pictures.
They'll never do two again under Cal, but it wouldn't be a terrible idea to start taking it out to the state again, especially now that so many smaller towns have reasonably-sized arenas. They could easily rotate between Pikeville, Highland Heights, Corbin, and Owensboro.
- Guess it'll be easier to get a great seat when I go see the Nats/Reds in D.C. later this month.
- I can remember virtually every game from 83 through 96, but those late Pitino/early Tubby non-conference games are still a fog sometimes.

Scully was a solo act with the Dodgers, too, iirc. That takes some serious talent.
I've always thought it was really cool how two greats from the same era (Buck and Scully) each had an iconic call (one on TV, one on radio) of Gibson's homerun, which is one of the more epic plays in all of baseball history.
4:30 pm on a Wednesday..... back to lurking.
I remember his call and and a car in the background hitting its breaks when the ball was in the air - a true “Oh, **** … I missed it!” moment for the ages.
Lexington/Paul Dunbar product that doesn’t get enough credit.
AJ Ellis on Vin Scully
This guy was Clayton Keyshawn all time catcher for Pete’s sake.

- Damn, AD donated $350k. That’s very kind and generous.
- The way Scully paints the picture and sets the table with the Gibson at bat is incredible.

Can someone please tell me who in TF this Pablo Escobar looking dude is that keeps popping up on my social media just dancing like a boss in his dad jeans?
Both known for historically iconic calls.
Nick Castellanos is one of my all time favorite MLB players exclusively because of his presence in hilariously awkward announcer calls.
The Vin Scully 9th inning call from 'For The Love of the Game' gives me goosebumps every time.
We were leading at HT and then got booty blasted in the 2H. It was putrid...
Lol just Lefty being Lefty! That’s just the buccaneer in him. Can’t wait to watch him and everyone else on all tours compete and win again. Love his aw shucks manner. Love all golfers’ manner actually.
Alex Jones can burn in hell. What a piece of ****.
I don't care who wears a mask and who doesn't. But if somebody said, " out of the hundreds of people who post in gyero, there are two families still wearing mask".
We would ALL have guessed Chad and Sae. Congrats on being woke and predictable I guess.

So I guess his lawyers “accidentally” sent two years’ worth of his text messages/emails to opposing counsel and did nothing when they were told about it? And now the messages are being used at trial. Yikes.
Somewhere in all of that it came out that he was making 800k a day. 800K A F'ING DAY!

You can’t learn much from practice/scrimmage, but you CAN evaluate skill & team dynamics a little bit.
Watched the full/sloppy replay that was posted.
Toppin is a different dude. Pulling up, driving, and basically playing as if he felt he was THE dude. Great to see.
Collins skill level, stroke, and confidence was palpable. He’s gonna have a nice leap imo.
Livingston way more skilled & true wing-like than expected. Looked very comfy handling.
…and Reeves is clearly dope. Tight handle, all the moves, experienced & seemingly unphased by the step up in class - just a natural scorer.
It’s been kinda mum on him. No clue if he’s a 12 minute guy, or a 20+, but leaning towards/hoping for the latter.
Can’t wait to get a semi-real look at these guys in Bahamas.
My 5:
Wheeler
Wallace
CJ/Reeves
Toppin
O
(Wishful thinking with 3 smallish guards I know, especially w/ CJ)
Collins, Livingston, Ware depending on night
Legit 9 man rotation of capable dudes & mostly experienced.
Let’s go!
