I stare a lot, sometimes with my jaw open. It’s a new world compared to X years ago.

Robert Deon Potasi Dillingham is a badass name. I have hopes for that kid.
Thought you’d be upset that he doesn’t go by “Deon.” Could you imagine the street names/branding he could have with a name like that?!?

Deon Dillingham has a shoe deal and is a perennial All-Star.

Musings…

Played golf yesterday with a friend who shot even par on a very challenging course. Guy demonstrated every shot in the bag. An honor to watch him operate. As good as he was, he was equally patient with me and my not-so crisp play. I had 3-4 holes that dispalyed a germ of a game… beers and dinner thereafter was better tho.

I’m pretty convinced that the mature course designs of the northeast are best layouts out there… AW Tillinghurst tracks in NY/NJ in particular.

In any case, happy to get out there and my foot & back seem to take the stress OK.

Took wife and son to Spring Lake beach today. Lots of two-piece wearing talent jangling their wares. Riptide was unsafe, but we managed. Water blue and relentless. Lunch at Rod’s in Sea Girt… grilled octopus then flounder sammich. Home in an hour

Been bored and hot today so I’ve watched a little bit of Dillingham’s highlights. I’m excited. There’s a little bit of Allen Iverson in his game. Not sayin’ just sayin’ knowwhatimsayin??

Highly, highly recommend… just a bunch of great, random *** stories about golf, even transcribes an interview he had with CPG.

- Travis Perry better go somewhere else. All I got to say. To the point I appreciate the idea of the offer, fantastic, now be smart kid.

- I’ll be a Memphis fan as long as they have Ja and continue to be smart with that roster, and they have been genius to this point. But I am fascinated by the Knicks and Blazers situations.

Different reasons completely, but I have been a Dame fan for as long as I can remember and how they are trying to build around him to keep him is just fun to see. I hope they get it done and he makes a Finals at some point, so opposite some of you I am cheering for Sharpe to do his thing.

The Knicks though, man, it’s like cheering for your dumbass little brother that just stays F’ing up and just hopefully maybe the plan unfolds just once into a huge ball of success. I can’t help but think they are going to end up with Kyrie and on paper, like everywhere he goes, it will look great. But then they have to play the game and it’s just going to be ironically a dumpster fire I can’t keep my eyes off.

- Hell of a day. Got our pool slide in so it will be here in time for July 4 fireworks celebration. Did some more landscaping, organized our pool furniture, and in general have everything ready to roll. Swam off and on, cooked out on the blackstone, then did some night swimming/Marco pollo and capping it off with a couple old fashions with black walnut bitters(highly recommend).

No muscle relaxers again.

- Have been to Farmers Market a few times the past 2 weeks. Fear this will become an addiction I can’t shake. Have bought Green Tomatoes, Corn, peaches, cobblers, cheesecakes, peach butter, jalapeño pickle relish, pumpkin bread with with chocolate chips, peaches and cream cinnamon rolls, pork chops, a variety of honey including the best being a vanilla cinnamon honey……….seriously I could keep going. About 400 in 2 weeks and not ashamed at all!

Can not wait for all the fresh corn, squash and zucchini in July.

- Is it time to put Syndey McLaughlin in the "Greatest UK Athlete of All-Time" discussion? Breaking your own WORLD record? Christ.

Added: she's absolute in the conversation for "Smoke-Show" Hall of Fame.

- Anyone else have movies that you watch to a certain point, and then just give up on? It's Full Metal Jacket to me. Once Pyle does his "thing," I'm out (other than the "ME so horny!" part afterwards). They could have just made it about boot camp and I would have still loved it. That part is still a WTF scene.

- Dressed up as Woody from Toy Story two years ago for a kid with Down's Syndrome. I am now on the 4th request to do the same for a theatre showing the movie. Feels good to make kids smile.

By the way, if you didn't sob uncontrollably at Toy Story 3, you're not human. Arguably the best trilogy ever.

- Robert Dillingham is a name that needs a "III" at the end of his name. I would have wagered his pops and pappy have the same name. Otherwise, stoked as hell.

- Underrated taste: a Kit Kat bar that has been in the freezer overnight.

- Three's Company is pound-for-pound one of the greatest sitcoms ever. John Ritter was a master of physical comedy. And I'll put Stanley Roper's "breaking the fourth wall" grins as he looks into the camera as something that will always make me giggle.

- Mount Rushmore of obscure Crayon colors:

Periwinkle
Cornflower
Burnt Sienna
Goldenrod

- Sunday Six:
America - You Can Do Magic
Wang Chung - Dance Hall Days
Paul Davis - Cool Nights
Gerry Rafferty - Right Down the Line
Phil Collins - Easy Lover
Joe Jackson - Steppin' Out

All depends on what you prefer...traditional, beach/ocean, open/links, wetlands/combinations, mountain/desert. There are elite in each category and each design has a following as a fav.

When Jack3d was legal it was a different time. Pre 2016 most of the young male population was hopped up on meth. I mean it seemed that way but I am probably totally wrong. Just nostalgia. Don't do drugs.

🤣

I'd take it if it were still available. I just wouldn't take it and go on long runs like 2010. I mean, that **** would eat through a glass. BTW, Big Noise Tigers Blood taste just like Jack3d... but without the ants and amazing rush.

The only time I ever took jacked was on a Friday night one time with my buddy before going out. We went out to the club and danced till like 4AM. Was pretty hilarious and amazing actually. Pretty sure my heart would have exploded had I tried to take it regularly with exercise.

We used to take ripped fuel before going out. Would keep you rolling all night. Ephedra was awesome. Hell, I knew girls that basically took that **** several days in a row instead of eating.

The original Xenadrine with ephedra was years before hydroxycut.
 You’re right….that was the first one.

We had a roommate that managed a GNC and brought back (stolt?) anything that was a returned item. We had one entire closet of powders creatine, protein etc…then a large kitchen drawer of ephedra products all just for 5 of us. Wasn’t a whole lot of body fat left that year.

Had one bottle with no label that he didn’t really discuss other than it was ephedra-ish and the pills were purple and black and no markings on them. We referred to them as “The Pills of Death”. You had to work out for several hours after taking or you’d feel like the feds were chasing you in helicopters and whatnot. Skin crawling. It turned my sh*t into little compact black colored rocks which I’m pretty was internal bleeding.

Looked great at Two Keys patio tho!1!1!1!

Spendthrift, Winstar, or Gainesway - for you folks that are in the know, which of these horse farm tours would be the best experience? I know that Tapit is at Gainesway so I’m leaning toward that one.
