Craft can't win an election against Beshear. Too many skeletons in the closet and too airheaded to win a debate.

Quarles might end up being Cameron's running mate, and that would be a great ticket if he doesn't run himself. Could be as many as 6 people in the gop primary. Even Bevin is mulling jumping in again.

There is going to be a lot of competition for McConnell's seat in a few years. I know of three Republicans that plan to run already.

Well, that's pathetic.

I don't believe you. Coach Cal could run and beat Beshear right now. Rex Chapman could beat Andy.

KrazyKat, you ever thought about being the Gov'nuh?

...well nvm, just saw KY has our first black governor. Truly blessed!

Have you seen Beshear's current approval/popularity numbers? The gop candidate has to be capable of popping his bubble, Craft isn't that person.

I’m just happy for Daniel Cameron. Met him because my cousin is a commonwealth attorney and was in town that day I visited.

He was genuinely a good dude in politics.

He will destroy Beshear.

I'm proud to be born an Eastern Kentucky Hillbilly and a graduate of UK. I'm also glad I no longer live there and smoke weed while betting on sports from the front porch.

All seriousness, does anybody have a take on the development around Red River Gorge? I know the park inside and out and have a special place in my heart for it.

Regardless of who is in office, I'm just looking forward to the continued illegality of weed and no sports gambling. Thank God our elected officials have our best interests at heart and can save us from ourselves.
Does anyone in this state really have problems finding a place to gambol or get high?

I get the argument, but it’s pretty odd to me that people are clamoring for those things to be taxed.

I have a problem being told I can't do them.

If alcohol was illegal, I'd be able to get a drink, but it would still piss me off if I was told I couldn't do it.

I'm a big fan of less government, which means less laws. I prefer to let people make their own decisions in their own lives.

Be gay if you want, buy machine guns, choose whether or not you should have an abortion, smoke whatever floats your boat, worship the greater power you believe in or don't worship anything at all if thats your prerogative.

I also think we could do a lot better things here in the US with the $40 billion we just sent to Ukraine, but we'd probably spend it on something stupid or on lawyers to argue over something that the government shouldn't be dictating anyway. The dems and gop have to have something to seperate people over so they can drum up support for their side!

Holy ****, where's the Tylenol?

Which GYEROer would make the best Kentucky governor? I mean, we've already got the judge part taken care of.

Biden and Co have coined a new term they think is a bad thing but every time I hear him say it I think of this:

Ultra MAGA.

Ultra implies cool, hip IMO. Huge tactical mistake. Feel free to use that in any of your advertising Tommy.

Marijuana and gambol would have to be regulated, that’s the govern me daddy angle, I guess.

No way it just becomes legal and that’s that because then you have to tax it or the state doesn’t get their benefit therefore why bother.

So yes by it becoming legal you then get govt involved.

No one is saying you can’t, just don’t get caught. It isn’t that hard really.

anger is coming from most with a pulse that know 40 billion isn't going to "Ukraine" just like "infrastructure bills" aren't going to roads. the oligarchs are robbing the cookie jar we fill while telling us to argue over plants and gay marriage. Rome isn't crumbling on its own. They are setting the fires and looting their way to security on the way out while we fight over petty ****. Just make sure to social distance and wear your mask or whatever else they tell us to do. Here is your breadcrumbs while we skyrocket the costs of everything to recoup that money you stupid little minions. And so on as the world burns.
