I have been out of the loop this weekend but what are you basing this on?So Wallace ends up at Duke, right?

Keep bringing those hot takes, Magic. The only thing that will change the negativity is win games, tournaments and get to the final four IMO.
Being facetious. But Jai Lucas was the key recruiter there so . . .I have been out of the loop this weekend but what are you basing this on?
Thanks for your contribution too.Keep bringing those hot takes, Magic.
Congrats on the farm.Monday Randos:
- Moving up to Michigan (Kalamazoo) in August…very hard decision which was made easier by the fact home/land prices are 1/3 no less than the national average, cannabis is legal, and I can finally just farm.
About a year and a half to two years ago I walked out of my job for 12 years as a mental health professional, and now I’m finally going to be able to realize my dream.
- Pretty bummed that the white guy from North/South Dakota State or didn’t want to come to a place that would have billed him as the “Great White Hope.”
- Stoops has the football team in a great spot, yet there seems to be little hype about his next recruiting class early. Seems like there is more hype toward the ‘24 class with all of the new assistants trying to make inroads there…which makes sense.
- I’ve developed arthritis/bunion in my big toe, not ideal. Anyone else deal with that? Moderate pain through the day and terrible at night sometimes from just use. (Not fat/inactive)
Evidently he was accused of bailing on a check at Ruby's after sitting there for hours.Wasn’t Jack Harlow supposed to do riders up last year, but they canceled him last minute after the bartender at the club at waterfront was shot and killed by someone in his party?
Man I'm sure he's incredible (critically speaking) but all I see is a goofy white kid from Atherton. I don't understand it.
Would've lost the "WCC likes/dislikes Jack Harlow" bet. The guy raps, is from Louisville, and wrote a song about Tyler Herro.
Louisville needs some love.Greatest city in the Commonwealth.
Lol, that's really the greatest thing about it. It's just, or was just, a few days when no f*cks were given. Just everyone in the City getting loose in unison. Hell, I slept on a porch, actually planned it out, at 3rd and Oakdale(then Tyler Ln) several years. Like that was just normal. Tonight I'm going to sleep on the front porch and if that doesn't work probably the back of a truck. The feeling of finishing my last exam on Wednesday and heading straight to the Wing Ding knowing I'm going to sleep about 5 hours over the next 4 days. Man, that's Derby. This is true.
I'll be honest, the Derby spirit is starting to flicker. Seems the older I get the more it becomes a trip down memory lane, a bit like the holidays. It's fun to think of Derbys of yesteryear and it's hard not getting excited for another when one engages in such nostalgia.
My parents always did it right. Thursday night party. Oaks brunch at Maker's Mark. Party that night. At the track both days. Derby night dinner somewhere. We'd only see them in passing Thurs-Sun, enough for my Dad to drop a $20 on the kitchen counter for pizza and say he "didn't want any shenanigans." One of my Mom's friends was found sleeping on the couch more than a handful of mornings.
The old River City certainly has a way about her this time every year.
