This is probably in rudd's wheelhouse, but there are plenty of other pretentious bastards on here, so I'm opening myself up for ridicule for ALL to enjoy.

I'm 59, and logically, when one approaches 6 decades, you find yourself attending more funerals than weddings.

Pretty common knowledge that I'm the worst dressed person on here, but I'm finding myself in need of a good suit.

What would a profesionally tailored suit cost (ballpark), and who in Lexington is good to see about that?

"He is a god there" seems like a bit of a stretch considering 90% would be ecstatic to see him go. Of course it's total BS and there's zero chance they would want him

That guy over in Midway is pretty good. I presume he is still there. Can grab an agreeable meal after.

- Just found out that our distillery board meeting is at 630pm. Everything has been at 8am so far, but small town dinner time for final complaints?!? LOL

- Finally broke down and got a blackstone. Honestly my wife did it because I never would have, and of course all the extras were a few hundred she wasn’t expecting.

I hope it’s worth it.

- Great Wolf Lodge Tuesday/Wednesday which is always one of the best 2 day getaways we do, when we do it. Never disappoints.

- There is one way for LA to actually get worse, lmao, I dare those stupid idiots to allow Cal to use them like this. Not to mention him to use LA to garner BBN to realize what we have.

We realize, and um please, pretty please let us free of this contract!

Dude is fantastic.

The food in Midway as of last summer was not passable. I was shocked at how bad it was. There is a house in Midway with a pool that my wife and I Airbnb for a long weekend. Last summer we planned to just eat out twice every day rather than stock up on groceries and eventually we broke down and went Krogering. The Versailles Kroger is an odd place.

* [laughing] at Cal's agent agent or whomever floating rumors that he'll leave. Good. Go coach Lebron, c***sucker. You're both has-beens. It would be a perfect marriage of entitled brats. LA and Cal deserve each other. Maybe he can get liposuction before the introductory press conference, the fat f***.

He ain't going anywhere. This has every sign of a loveless marriage that hangs on for a decade and both partners are secretly watching the local news every night and hoping for a car wreck.

* Tailgating for the spring game is a boss move. Respect.

* Dating after divorce when you've got kids has to be a nightmare. Keep your head up, Bernard. I'd probably just get a mail order bride from the Phillipines. I was once engaged to an Armernian and some drunk cracker in Birmingham asked me if I got her off the internet and I felt like a sucker for not, tbh.

* Happy Worst Monday Ever, you watered down MFers.

HR guy who has seen a lot at a company of 5,000 employees. You'd be surprised at the number of mail order brides added to our beneficiary list, Russia, Philippines, etc. Mainly, non-verbal IT guys go this route. Is that an oxymoron?..
Then you have the arranged marriages which a couple of guys have tried to divorce, that gets messy.

And the guy who found a bride on the internet dating site. He was a freak show and when we found out she was pretty disabled and was asking about coverage for adult diapers for her the day he added her to his insurance. That must be really messy.

What I'm trying to say is, I seen things. Careful Bern. Why buy when you can rent.

That we beat the brakes off of both teams pisses me off more.

The TJ Walkers of the world sure are couching it as a positive.

-Duke losing was a nice feeling for about 3 seconds. UNC is UNC and them getting another is annoying af. Kansas has been rising up my most hated for years. They're right there with the other 3. Bleh.

-According to drunk texts from WCC he felt the same way.

-It's really best case scenario for Cal to head to the league but that **** aint happening. Word is out on his style. He coached 1 year of USA Basketball, cost us 2 recruits, and lost to Canada. I assume he wasn't invited back.

-Last week in Charleston. Still a little chilly this time of year but we got most of the week in the 70s and were on the beach having a ball.

-Area we visit has a legit seafood market and NY Style Butcher within a mile. They're glorious. Prime steaks, Stone Crab, Tuna Ceviche, Shrimp. Unreal.

-Best day fishing in awhile. I had kinda been getting my *** handed to me lately. 36" Red and 22" Trout being the highlights. Trout was beg enough to submit in an online state registry. Got blanked fly fishing the next day but that was more weather than ability. New fly rod from BTodd is sweet. New fan of TFO now.

-Big Time Coach Pitch baseball starts tonight. LFG.

-Went in to Charleston for dinner, without the rugrats, pre-drinks at Vendue and Brasserie La Banque(*credit SAE), stroll around the Quarter, and dinner at Magnolia's(fantastic). Man, I love that city.

-Been putting off buying a couple suits for about 2 years. I'll use Howard & Miller's, because I really like that old dude, and his tailor is a BMF.

-Snow Sat morning, so that's pretty sweet. F*ck.

-Live From the Masters.

I pity the sportswriters who have to try to put a positive spin on this horseshit, tbh.

This might be the lowest UK basketball has been in a long *** time. Gillispie could be fired. Tubby left like a gentleman. Calipari is just going to bloviate, eat, and cash checks. He might also turn up the thermostat to 74 and claim fibromyalgia. Who knows. We can't get rid of him, so that's great.

Just go to Logan's and keep it simple.

I think this year was worse.

Last year, we all saw the writing on the wall, early on.

Getting your hopes up and then being crapped on at the end is worse than the slow erosion of a 9-16 season. You have to process all of the negative feelings in an instant.

Curmudgeonly randoms....

- I'm just glad that once tonight's game is over, I won't have to hear/see SUE BIRD all over my screen for the next however many months.

- Actually, I'd be fine with Capital One also ending that whole Sam/Chuck/Spike/Nantz ad campaign. It was moderately fun for the first 12 years, but the past 8 or so have been a chore. I don't think of any of those four dudes when I think of college hoops. Also, it would mean less Magic/Larry on my screen, which is a good thing.

- I was hoping that Nantz would be at the age where he'd consider hanging it up so that we could get Eagle or Harlan on the Final Four call. But alas, he's only 62, so we're stuck with him for a while longer. Unless SUE BIRD takes his seat.

- I'm also glad that I won't have to see that Buick commercial about not enough people seeing the buzzer-beater that won the women's' NCAA title game a few years ago. Hey Buick, it aired on ESPN. Everyone in America had the chance to watch that game. It's not as if the game only aired on Pinterest.

- (This one's not quite as curmudgeonly). Obviously it puts Matt McMahon behind the 8-ball for this season, but I could see it being a blessing in disguise that there are literally no holdovers on the LSU roster for next season. Means he can build the roster from scratch and not have to worry about his guys vs. Wade guys, etc. Should be a smoother locker room.

Speaking of suits, what is GYERO's thoughts on a royal blue suit?

I know I am a lot less of a conservative dresser than most of you, but is a royal blue suit too flashy for an art director/writer? I always wear black, gray or navy. Last time I was at the tailor, they had quite a few blue suits on the racks. I was intrigued.

Please take in to consideration that they won't let me wear jerseys to meetings.

Gillispie kicked John Wall out of practice. Tubby could have left him the Dream Team and it would not have mattered.
Da Fuq?

- Getting through that Alabama/LSU week without Wheeler/TyTy and Grady coming out of his shell a little was the peak moment of our season.

How the hell we fell off from there I’ll never understand. I think we lost 5 of our last 8 games or some ****?

WTF

- Turns on Biggie “I’m going going, back back, to Cali Cali”
