I love FFs. That's why I love Cal. He's been to more of them than any other coach since he took over. We got screwed out of one in '17 and we would have made one in '20 if not for Covid. Oh, and there was that time in '19 when we were an OT short of one.

But last year happened so Cal sucks. We should fire him and hire NJW.

-Half our assistants are former failed head coaches. But yeah, no reason to pick up a guy that can recruit and has a F4 under his belt. No one hires failed head coaches as assistants, that's insane.

-I'm actually enjoying Boba Fett. Maybe expectations were a little low after hearing some early mediocre reviews.

-Pretty bummed we're not in Tampa. Just weird, I feel like I didn't even think about the SECT until a couple months ago. I guess missing the last 2, and that **** show last year, just made it out of sight.

-60 tomorrow, low of 14 Saturday, 60 Monday. Lol. F*ck.

-Strayed from Morris Deli yesterday for Miara Mediterranean. Not a good decision. 4.8* my ***.

-10 years since a title and 7 since a FF. It's time. Spin it however you want.

If you've seen the inner city campuses/amenities of St Johns, Providence, DePaul, Seton Hall, etal, you wonder how they get any top flight players when you see what UK, Duke, UNC have to offer. Nova is nothing like the others.
Wife went to Gtown, so we were season ticket holders when we lived in DC. Because they share Capital One Arena, 100% of the Hoyas' Saturday home games were noon tip-offs. This gave them enough time to transition the arena for an evening Caps or Wizards game.

Nothing scream "college experience" like having to play at noon every Saturday in front of a < 50% capacity crowd....

Absolutely no reason to be upset with not going to the Final 4 in 7 years when the last time we were in the tournament we barely lost in OT in the Elite 8 (to a team they beat by 27 a month earlier)

2017 was awful luck. Unc and us were best 2 teams.

2018 we finally had a bracket break open for us and couldn’t take advantage. Not a F4 team but had a golden F4 opportunity.

2019 we blew it. To only score 60 in regulation against that auburn team we beat 2x in reg season was just a choke job.

Couple all that with Covid and then a 2021 crap season, it’s f’n time.

People can be upset all they want. It's understandable. Some of us are just optimistic. Nothing wrong with that either.

It's a good thing that Andy guy on KSR is blind because KSBar would eventually lose their liquor license from a DUI with the way they talk about him drinking all day and passing out in the restaurant.

- I think we F Auburn up if we see them.

- Would prefer not to have to beat Bama thrice.

- Actually love the makeup of Tennessee but they haven’t done **** away from K-town. Still have them as my second highest regarded SEC squad.

- Tschibwe creeping up the mocks. 🙈

- Solid trip to Salt Lake City for a long weekend/work trip combo. Not sure what I was really expecting but the easy access to tons of outdoor activities was kinda startling after another dreary Kentucky winter. Park City gets the pub but there are lots of places to have a good day trip.

- Grass is starting to green up a bit, days are longer, fishing planned for tomorrow… exhale.

- Sweetens Cove flooded again. Love the place but can’t imagine what they spend to constantly rebuild that course.

- Might need to have my back deck rebuilt. Any Lex area recommendations?
Jason Kumfer with Kumfer Home Solutions 859-248-5409. He put in a screened in porch for us and did a great job. When I got estimates from about 8 different people they were all over the board. He had a very fair price and did great work.

I just remember Hagans being the worst player on the floor by a wide margin in that Auburn game and that Auburn team came a Virginia miracle away from playing in the title game. Just sucks all around because I hate having to beat a good team 3 times.

If I remember correctly, we came out on fire that game and had like 10 pts before first tv t/o. Rest of game and Second half was just a sluggish pace. 50 pts in last 36 min or so. Should have been a blowout

Bruce Weber is good people. His alma mater is Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and they have an opening. That's where that guy should go and finish out his coaching career.

Not every major needs to look for the "NEXT BIG THING". Sometimes they should just get a steady hand who wins and does it right.

Yeah, he was bad.

If I recall correctly, Tyler “Boy Wonder” “Zoolander” “Wisky Draper” “Tyler 3000” Herro didn’t help matters with a 3-11 FG/1-5 3pt effort.

Had to look this up but shockingly the 1-5 3pt effort actually brought his March three-point percentage up. Woof

Our best ball this year is uptempo and playing fast. Gotta stay out of these grind it out 60 pt half court tourney games like Virginia likes to play. Chance of upset goes way up.

Agreed but it’s nice to have the ability to win those games, too. Teams that can only run usually don’t fare too well this time of year.

That's some ******** about Bellarmine. Why on earth can they not be in the NIT? They would at least be excited to be there, unlike most of the other teams involved.

I'm not the pizza expert like some but I'd rather starve to death than taste that grease-soaked soggy bread that doesn't even taste like real bread that PH makes. I didn't realize as a kid that I would put 1/2 a pound of moz on it and never noticed the weird after taste.

From the benefits of having fat friends that know good food, my buddy gave me a couple of Lou Malnati's frozen pies. Sorry to the local chains, I'm importing the frozens from Chitown from here on out. They're are so damn good.
