Pretzel/others, I just received an email from my parish re a diocese-wide special collection for the victims. 100% of the funds will go to the Diocese of Owensboro for victim assistance and rebuilding efforts. Do with it as you may, but I will state that I do trust that 100% of the funds will go to where they are supposed to go.

Wynn, thank you. Friend of mine is checking with her fam in Paducah for more but I’ll share that one. I expect to see a similar one from Crossroads at some point today (and I know people distrust the Big Church, but I trust those donations absolutely also).

Have a buddy from Mayfield who had texted me some pictures. I was like, why are they showing just the picture of the courthouse? Hell it looked it was the only single building in the whole town that was still standing. The courthouse looked great compared to the rest of the town. Just flattened that little town.

Dawson Springs is absolutely leveled. It passed a mile, or not even, from my stepbrother’s house where we had thanksgiving.

Their childhood neighborhood, and recently deceased grandparents neighborhood literally no longer exist. It’s just completely gone.

Pretty numb today - looking forward to this 2 hour distraction, and hopefully a win.

So whatever they thought hit Mount Washington wasn’t a tornado.

My family in Benton was within a half mile of a strip of 12-15 home’s that were destroyed. After that strip of houses is a 1/4 mile of woods then their house which had damages but nothing major.

Totally surreal because an uncle, my mother’s brother, was hit by a car in Florida which catapulted him into another lane where he was hit by 2 other cars as well at like 7am.

Been searching for my cousins like crazy to tell them only to find my other uncle was at the house within a 1/4 mile of tornadoes.

Hearing my cousin tell the things he was saying about “not sure what we’ve done but it feels like we’re cursed and gods coming for us” while the tornado was close enough that they thought it was on top of them was crazy.

They have a storm bunker they were in and made it with no issues except like I said minor damages.

Catching up with my family in lietchfield and the house they were building has some issues but nothing major.

The drone shots from one of my cousins is crazy.


- Just surreal as my wife took in the Nutcracker today and I was set to be hyped watching basketball all day.

Not even really looking forward to this game today at this point.

Gotta love Cal's oob under the basket d. Absolutely ridic a hof coach can't devise a defense of that situation.

Does anyone know how things are in Providence? I have a friend that lives out there and it looked to be in the path. I'm at work right now and the federal gubment blocks social media on their facility computers. Plus our cell phones have to remain in the vehicle so I'm a little disconnected to an extent.

My fault, the town is Princeton. I always get those two mixed up just as I do the colleges.
