Athens Randoms...
- Nothing else really needs to be said about the game. UGA was better, we had to play a clean game and get some help to win. Neither happened. I will say this...I would have LOVED to see that game play out had we picked up that fumble.
- Athens is a great little college town (only other visit was 07 so it had been a while), especially on Friday nights. Hopped from bar to bar, no problem getting a bitw to eat, people were mostly friendly. Stayed about 7 mi away and had no problem getting an Uber.
- As great as Athens was Friday night, after the game was a MESS. You were not getting food (except for ChickFilA) unless you waited for 2-3 hours. One restaurant told us, "We are no longer taking kitchen orders" at 8pm! Every bartender told us there just isn't enough places to eat on gamedays, considering there are 100k people. We waited it out for an hour, grabbed ChickFilA and caught an Uber to head back. We were beat anyhow.
- Most UGA fans I talked to have an impending doom attitude about the rest of their season. I guess the last 3-4 years has really taken its toll. I had quite a few tell me they think they will lose to FL in 2 weeks. I think they can lose one and still make the playoff.
- Don't let anyone kid you, UGA was all in on getting that last stop. They wanted it as bad as we did. They are hurt because they gave it up. Nice little play we ran there...have seen the Rams run it quite a few times.
- Drive from Sarasota ended up taking about 8 hours. Was beat when I got home. Hadn't drank like than in well over 2 years. Still struggling this morning.
- Most fast food places now have their lobby closed?!?!? Drive thru only. Sucks when you gotta pee so means you have to make 2 stops.
- Think #15 is a fair ranking. We win out, will def be top10 and in line for a big time bowl. Would be happy with Sugar, Orange, Peach, or even Outback. Tampa only 1 hour from my place.
- Was 44 Sunday morning in Athens, had to put on the seat warmer at the beginning of drive home.
- Back to the grind this morning, work sucks. I need to retire again.

-First time to Athens, really great campus area, didn't realize it was so hilly, love how the stadium is nestled into middle of everything and it's down in a little bowl area. Pregame fans were solid, no issues. The tailgate setups were awesome. In game was just alright, tbh, I was expecting a lot more. They're miles behind Auburn, Bama, LSU and Florida in this regard. The actual stadium isn't bad at all other than only having a screen at one end zone, which is really f*cking weird. Did like having the students on top of the visiting fans. The coeds were 
.
-They basically forced us to bench CRod and I thought our D finally looked tired. Seems we gave up more big chunks on the ground than we have all year. They're just damn good. Glad we punched that last one in. F*ck em.
-Leaves only AM and Mizzou for away stadiums.
