Team Wayne on that pizza. I’ve done the same with leftover Indian. Pizza nights get experimental at House Creeksman.
I’m with you but I made the Tikka Masala.
Since food was a theme today, is this Kyle’s worst take of all time? May be up there with even his most wokest ones.

It’s a fine soup, but Good grief.

To be fair, Kyle Tucker had Covid so perhaps his sense of taste isn’t what it normally is.

Clam has always been my favorite, but I'm now questioning things since the biggest chowderhead I know says it's not 🤷‍♂️

Tikka Masala pizza is the same as eating it regular with naan, only a different dough. It’s good, but much prefer the original.

I’ll accept tons of soups as the best, nobody is gonna agree on that - there are lots of contenders.

Italian Wedding isn’t even close to being one of them.

Creamy cheese tortellini w/ chicken and Spicy Italian Sausage are my two go-to soups in the winter. The old lady loves, I mean loves, Italian Wedding soup. It’s ok.

Who knew that one could drive a zero-turn up the side of a tree? I did earlier, had the thing damn near vertical up the side of a big *** Oak.

Last weeks heat was nothing to sneeze about. Had the grandkid over Tuesday morning and was making pancakes and bacon on the blackstone at 9:00 in the morning. Before I knew it my entire body was tingling/numb and was extremely light headed. Made it into the house before blacking our for just a few seconds. Came to and proceeded to puke. She called 911 and when the paramedics got there (live 2 blocks from hospital) had a temp of 102.6 bp extremely low. Took me in, cooled me down, pumped full of fluids. Come to find out that the glass of ice water I was chugging when it came on wasn’t the best idea.

The Field of Dreams game last night was really cool on many levels. The setting, the nostalgia, the game itself. But I keep seeing “best game ever”. What ********. I get so tired of people judging stuff like that in the moment. Wait a decade and see how it stacks up.

BLT & fried squash for supper. B, L, T, & S from the garden.

Well we settled in. Everything settles eventually, and food is a staple to say everything is fine in our house.

Smoked Pork chops with Ole Ray’s apple/cinnamon BBQ sauce from Frank’s.

Glazed apples, Sweet Potatoes and cornbread

Now sipping on an old fashioned chilling on the front porch!

Pretty interesting article about the societal failure of decriminalizing drugs written by a progressive who pushed to decriminalize drugs. It's a pretty sophisticated article, so perhaps only an intellectually curious few such as @wcc31 will get it, but give it a shot.

Why Everything We Thought About Drugs Was Wrong

"Progressive advocates and policy makers alike blame the drug war, mass incarceration, and drug prohibition for the addiction and overdose crisis, even though the crisis resulted from liberalized attitudes and drug laws, first toward pharmaceutical opioids, and then toward all drugs. This view is, on the one hand, a defensive and ideological reaction. But it is also an abdication of responsibility.

And so while we should hold our elected officials responsible, we must also ask hard questions of the intellectual architects of their policies, and of the citizens, donors, and voters who empower them. What kind of a civilization leaves its most vulnerable people to use deadly substances and die on the streets? What kind of city regulates ice cream stores more strictly than drug dealers who kill 713 of its citizens in a single year? And what kind of people moralize about their superior treatment of the poor, people of color, and addicts while enabling and subsidizing the conditions of their death?"

we shouldn’t be putting people into jail or prison for possession charges.

if you think drugs are such a detriment to our society then keep the manufacturing and trafficking laws but having a dime bag that you were going to use once you get home has no negative effects on anyone

- I thought most of Florida, and especially The Keys, would be privy to She-crab soup, no? I guess it’s more of an Atlantic coast fare?

- Hope you all are getting the weather you thought you were getting up there in North Central Ky. Just finished my run and it still feels like a bowl of Italian Wedding Cake Soup down here. Quite the labor.
