Yeah, Cal’s 3rd worst team here. Look at who our contenders had to play.

It’s ok to hate Cal and UK basketball and acknowledge Gonzaga’s soft ride.

Gonzaga waxed the 2 & 3 seed in their bracket already this season, and they would have again. Their ride was going to be easy no matter what, b/c they are on a different planet than anyone else but Baylor. Who TF were you hoping they'd have to face?

It's always been about Gonzaga vs Baylor for the title -- all damn season.

I'm giving Chad a pass today. He hasn't been getting as much sleep. Tough having a little one waking up during the night.

Lol - Chad has done this every year from the beginning of time.

While ignoring we had Auburn without their Best player and tourney MVP to make the F4.

K State + Loyola for another

A 7 seed for a national title

...etc. We've been screwed plenty as well, but that's the Tournament. Happens both ways to everyone else, too.

-Sorry again about Oats, Richie.

Oh those were 1-seeded UK teams? Our bigtime contenders have had gauntlets. Gonzaga has gotten a cake walk.

I don’t get what’s so hard to understand about this? It’s beneficial to not have to break a sweat. I am envious of Gonzaga’s good fortune and believe Rothstein is loudmouth hype-happy dbag.

Yeah, but he had to do it. He has with every other transfer who's had post-UK successes, would have been an even worse look not to.
Oh I know, it's just another thing in a long line of infuriating (and totally avoidable) Cal-isms that makes me want to go full nuclear and fly in By-Gawd-Auburn-boosters to buy the fat wop out.

Mom jeans been back for a while now, total turnoff for I’m assuming everyone on here since we called them “mom jeans” because our moms wore them. But apparently they thick they’re great.

I’ll never go back to big baggy shorts, in fact my pool/boat shorts are about 7” these days...maybe and not baggy.

As a guy that loves wearing jeans but rarely gets the opportunity, go for it Cawood, don’t let these fools tell you what’s cool.

Gen Z loves jeans that make their* butt appear 17" in length and that have inseams short enough to show off their clunky white dad-mowing-the-lawn shoes. It's like fetishization of the 80s-90s White Suburban Mom and Dad. Wait til feathered hair and blue frosted eyeshadow returns. It's coming.

youths. smh.

*obv used "their" because pronouns are way too damn important to Gen Z and I can't be arsed.

Was just wondering how long your board shorts were, thanks for answering.

Re: fashion/trends. I'm 37, and boy did we wear some awful **** in the Aughts. The guys were all a size too large, and the gals wore those hip hugging flared jeans or whatever (I still get turnt for a whale tail tho). I think the sweet spot was somewhere around 2010-2014 when the collective decided "hey, clothes that fit well are pretty cool". Seems like the pendulum is swinging back to baggy.

I'm only interested in trends if they look good; this one does not. I'm old, and I'm out.

That doesn't look real. It looks more like he is wearing a skin colored Batsuit under his jersey.

But like everything else, there was an overreaction in the opposite direction. It went from clothes that fit well to everyone wearing everything at least a 1/2 size small in the name of "athletic fit".

I’m no legal scholar but it does sound like the SCOTUS is fairly united in dragging the NCAA. I think Kagan and Thomas gave each other knucks during questions.
