Things will get very real for Mitch and Cal both when full capacity crowds are allowed back in Rupp arena and we see how bad attendance is and how loud the boos get. Suddenly a lot of things that are off the table will seem a little more plausible. Cal treated the pandemic and his ridiculous contract as an excuse to take a year off.

I have a theory that your boss at work on a given day isn't always your real boss. Your real boss is whoever is going to **** all over you if you don't do your job right. For some it's their actual boss, but for some it's a client, for some it's a co-worker... If you're self-employed it might be your wife. I'm a teacher. My principal is supposed to be my boss. But most days he isn't. It's the kids. If I don't have everything organized, if I'm not prepared, etc. My principal may never know unless it becomes a habit. But my students are going to **** all over me. So most days they're my boss.

Mitch isn't Cal's boss on gameday. We are. And if next year's team is ***, he's gonna get **** on. Then all sorts of new ideas will be on the table. Firing assistants, changing offenses, whatever. Tubby left Kentucky, but in reality the fans made him miserable because he wasn't doing his job. And we ran him off for it. We, the fans, fired him. I doubt we can fire Cal with that contract, but we can and will motivate him.

All makes sense now, thanks Bristol.

A left wing union quack teacher.

Your kids are your boss? *****!

Used to love soft batch teachers like you.
My kids eat weak teachers alive. It's funny to watch sometimes. You think you're the expert at getting f*cked at the crack of dawn go teach freshmen first period and not have your **** together.

Bristol my day today went like this:

- wife starts half asleep, and goes crazy animal mode at some point leaving me scared to disappoint.
- finally get to work lining out 3 houses of trim, 2 new starts, and ordering 6 sets of windows
- emergency call that my job in GA is short 3 pieces of metal track
- framer needs plans for new start and builder has none so it’s my job to fix
-on the way I finalize an order of barrels, and coordinate my last 8 barrels of 9yr rye
- decided to not wait for Luckett and Farley as it’s been weeks and no response, so got all the details over to a new construction group with their own structural engineers. Design in the works
- coordinate 4 payments to down home so that my barrel purchases don’t leave me over extended
- in the process my brakes go completely out leaving a red ! On my dash with a flashing “service brake system” light.

I did lose track of time though and missed the label shop to get DrX group labels that finally came in so now I have to wait until Monday for, and after all that I have this twerp BBdK sending threatening text if I don’t get his W12 soon...........

Try that for a day little Mrs Teacher.

Bristol, are you on Twitter?
Yeah, but I try not to be. It's a horrible place and I'm horrible when I'm there.

I don't think I should have to be ashamed to be a teacher, but here we are, lol. Just mentioned it for the analogy, fellas. I'm not one of those teachers who thinks they're better than everyone because they teach. I am better than Krazy, but not because of my profession.

Shouldn't be ashamed to be a teacher. Especially at a place like Iroquois. On the whole they're great, but man, they take themselves pretty serious sometimes.

Side note: I found that beaut early this week and have been holding it for the right time.😈

Would be good timing to come out with a short mea culpa video, acknowledge the fanbase put some Ukfan8 highlights to it. Then STFU and find us a PG.

I have a lot of friends and relatives that teach, and they are all great people that I have a lot of respect for. The problem is the public union, same as with the FOP. As soon as you dont bend over to their demands, you are labeled anti-education or against first responders.
Pretty much agree with both here. I don't understand why it's become a polarizing profession, but they do take themselves too seriously and the union has too much power, and they also work long hours and spend their own money on supplies and feed their students and all sorts of great things. It's not one or the other. There are also some lazy ******* teachers who sit in a classroom behind their desk and cash their checks.

@krazykats If you want an extra set of eyes from the design and construction side, I can review the design documents at the various issuances to let you know where they’re slacking (which they will be). Owner’s reps aren’t worth it - just use the GYERO hive mind, IMO.

Dammit, Krazy!

I’d be done with the design by now.

Let me know if you need any “sizzle package” renderings for mysterious foreign backers, I guess.

That’s what I get for trying to make the govt happy.

I couldn’t have made it easier. Had all the equipment specs and the layout as well as design done. All they had to do was check the concrete and footers were efficient and lay them out right then stamp it.

Kooky literally already did the Barrel Warehouse.

The new group outsourced the structural to a group (DMK?) who has a guy about to graduate from the distillery classes at UL and are stoked apparently.

Just need this over this to move on to the next set of headaches, story of my life, but 100% on board and excited for every baby step!
