Yea I mean Louisville needs to get serious about its urban gentrification if anth's going to be returning for a steak anytime soon.

No we see how your folks handled it last time. Flying colors, bubba. Just pop a few BLM signs in the front yard to feel real good about yourself while ignoring 6 months of idiots destroying 25 years of downtown revitalization.Yea I mean Louisville needs to get serious about its urban gentrification if anth's going to be returning for a steak anytime soon.

Thought you all did that when you tore down Smoketown and forced all those folks to the county line?Yea I mean Louisville needs to get serious about its urban gentrification if anth's going to be returning for a steak anytime soon.

I mean if we’re just going by looks, Team Kate.
It's so ridiculous it's not worth responding to Willy. I would expect Chad & maybe SAE to post something like that, but not Pope.
Am I the only one who thinks Pope is crazy for this take?
Meghan is hot. Kate is a cute girl next store type.
Mostly just idiots rushing to the front of the line to prove how woke they are. Also, local politicians, which are all your people. So yeah, I blame your team. 100%.Your insistence upon blaming black people for downtown's condition (in the middle of a pandemic) is also noted.
Yikes, man.
Rich, we hit Grind burger, Taste Bourbon and Wine Bar, Repeal, Peerless. I didn't visit the beer garden. Was it behind the homeless camp or next to the all the buildings with all the windows busted out?
Anth doesn't have a team because he's an enlightened centrist. He gets to think everyone else is stupid.I blame your team. 100%.
Yeah, you'll want to sit this one out.Anth doesn't have a team because he's an enlightened centrist. He gets to think everyone else is stupid.
Yeah, like I said in the beginning. Before you and Richie got all offended. It's brutal and depressing. It is a mess but last summer's protests are NOT the major contributing factor. It's the overnight disappearance of daytime population (i.e. office users) that steer the entire downtown economy.
As an anecdotal example, my neighbor is the director of a large corporate real estate finance department in one of towers. Around 20 people under him. They haven't been in the office in a year and have focused on a September 1, 2021 return date as a goal.
That story x1,000 is why businesses down there are done or suffering. Like you aptly noticed, it's a ghost town because the professional community is working from home. Also, that big building with the Yum! signage hasn't hosted anything but partially attended college basketball in the same timeframe.
That **** matters.
Nothing more funny that someone’s business being ransacked"Looted three times." LOL.
I wouldn't call it a "blast" but yes I participated and I'm glad I did.Bristol had a blast at the protests, iirc.
