I think Cal doesn't believe three point shooting is a skill. Notice that when he talks about shooting the emphasis is on good shots and bad shots, but he doesn't care if it's Sarr, Jackson, or Boston taking the three or if it's Allen or Mintz. If it's open, in the flow of trying to drive or work the ball into the post, it's a good shot. If it's Allen with a hand in his face, that shot probably has a 35% chance even closely guarded. But Cal doesn't care. It's a bad shot.
