Not go all Rob 73 here, but the old sport looks like a young Robert Redford mixed with some Dennis Quaid. Props, kiddo!

Better than finding a Hoe in your back yard. Might of had some 'splaining to do.

I think a game with a up and down the floor tempo (Bama), Boston will shine. Get out and get some easy transition buckets and build off of it. Loved to see the kid do other things than score, 3 assist, 4 steals ZERO turnovers against Florida. The 6/6 from the FT line and 4 steals definitely showed he was playing at both ends of the floor. Keep it up young fella, the game will come back to you.

How about Hami, 25 points in 23 minutes 10/14 shooting and 4 steals.. Kid is changing before our very eyes. Good kid. He and Vanderbilt are progressing nicely, becoming solid rotational guys, right along with Keldon Johnson, KJ has even been starting for SA.

Social media platforms has given AA's a huge platform to use to vent their frustrations and using it as a very beneficial tool for change. Dr. MLK would have loved to have social media to use in his quest for equal rights and change, also, it would have been a hell of a lot safer.

Do not really like mixing politics with sports, but I get why so many use it to be heard. I just do not feel comfortable talking about,,, especially with others of the same race. I do not even know if I have a right to discuss, I haven't walked in the shoes of AA's to fully understand the hate, unfair treatment they go thru daily. I wish I could understand more and even do more to make a difference.

The best thing that could happen to America is for Trump to go away and never be heard from again. I am not sure there is any scenario where that happens. Thus there really isn't any good answer.

I can tell you with a decent degree of confidence that the Democratic plan (impeach now and then vote in 100 days) would actually get many more GOP Senators to vote yes than you would think. The reasons for this are many, but one people forget is that some of them genuinely thought their life was in danger and they blame him completely. That tends to stick with you. I think if this process is taken, there will be a number of GOP votes for it, not least of which because it means he can't be the nominee in 2024

With that said, from a rational standpoint, that plan makes the least sense. Either he is an imminent threat and needs to be removed now or he isn't. Removing someone after they have already left is the most ridiculous logical conclusion one can make, and that is probably why it is building the biggest consensus in Washington.

Trump is awful and the world is going to be better without him as President. Not having a President who validates whatever insane view on the internet in a given day helps. It won't fix the problems in America, but it helps. The radicalization of the crazies who stormed the Capitol isn't really the big issue to me. Most of those folks were insane and Trump gave them license to act on it. But worries me more is how many otherwise normal people have defended ABSURDLY IDIOTIC positions just because they felt they had to so as to be on the other side of the "Libs." UKO was a lost cause to begin with but the arguments that Wayne, Chief and others make on here, have become so much more fringe that I am not sure they even realize it. And those people are smart and aren't just fools looking for violence, but instead business people who genuinely believe the election was "stolen" even without any real evidence.

I long for the days that who was President and whether we liked them defined people to such a degree. I don't think Biden supporters wear their vote for him as a badge of honor like Trump's folks. At least I hope not. Because this **** does need to change

Believe a large chunk of Bernie/Warren supporters openly hated having to vote for Biden.

rudd was right on with Wandale... until he shows up on campus- thats a "fool me once...." type of situation.

Lol, Trump's not going away short of dying. You all might as well get that out of your head. In fact he's likely just going to get worse with I'm assuming a new network and probably some type of social media platform. At least when he was President he had to be 2% dialed in and had real consequences. Best case, for me anyway, is he gets voted out and cast-a-way to start a rogue spinoff party and conservative minded people can distance ourselves from those extremists ********. Gotta kinda blow it up and rebuild, sacrificing now for 22 would be very short term minded.

I totally agree with this. But honestly having his own network and platform does neutralize him quite a bit. If there are no "Libs to own" then sitting there in your own little conspiracy theory world isn't quite as fun or as effective. FoxNews was/is powerful because of its reach and the fact that it is still considered "acceptable". These other outlets (NewsMax/OAN/Parler/Gab) are not and they won't be now. So I am not sure having their own echo chamber will really be effective.

It all comes down to McConnell honestly. He put up with Trump for four years...but I am hearing from those close to him that he is done and ready to battle the extremes for control of the party. Those are the views also being expressed publicly by his biggest allies (Holmes/Jennings). If Mitch fights these dudes with the resources of corporate America and the "regular" Republicans, he might lose a little in the short term but he will save the party (and democracy) in the long term. I think he realizes that and it will be his goal in the next few years.

I don't like Mitch for many reasons. But I do believe he believes in the structure of American democracy. Trump doesn't. And I think that will be the real GOP fight for the next couple of years

Now after saying I wasn't going to weigh in on politics, I did twice. So I will stop. I have a wrestling podcast to go be on. #OVW4Life

Honestly, it's probably the most in agreement we've been around here in over a year. Believe most are just tired of the all the noise. Especially after this year.
