Nuff of this: my espresso game was on point this morning. Perfectly extracted double shot, 27 seconds at 201°, 1/4” crema... fresh beans from Doma.
I sincerely want the basketballs in here to explain the Cal is stuck in the 90's caveman argument because *checks jon scott*
Cal beat UK 92-82 in November, 1995 while AT UMASS...
Yeah: I'd sure hate to have that rascal back.
Just seeing a kid with a haircut like Askew or Boston out there ahead of your nice looking kid would be infuriating enough.
I’m full ***** bus on the basketball complaints, but this is ridiculous, assuming you weren’t being sarcastic.
He recruits on auto draft, basically. This is gonna sound weird because he routinely brings in top 3 classes but I think Cal is lazy as **** when it comes to recruiting. I think he just goes after whoever is ranked in the top 20 regardless of fit and hopes he can scream at them enough to make it work. We haven’t had a cohesive team since 2016’s class.
He also passes on some great players if he thinks they or someone in their family is a pain in the *** or might take a little work. That drives me nuts. This is gonna sound weird because he routinely brings in top 3 classes but I think Cal is lazy as **** when it comes to recruiting. If coached correctly, that team could beat our current team pretty handily.
- Ashton Hagans
- Kahlil Whitney
- Johnny Juzang
- EJ Montgomery
- Quade Green
- Jamarl Baker
- Wenyen Gabriel
- Sacha Killeya-Jones
- Tai Wynard
- Isaiah Briscoe
- Isaac Humphries
- Marcus Lee
- Charles Matthews
Give me EJ Montgomery over Keion Brooks all/air.
^Speaking of Baker, how about our boy going behind his back on the fast break Saturday like it was nothing? If he had finished the layup I would have lost my damn mind. The sauce.
I agree with every word of your post except this. I know COVID has made us all lose track of time, but you've clearly forgotten just how bad EJ Montgomery was. Keion is better today, and has better upside going forward, than EJ.
We've beaten one P5 team in the NCAA tournament since 2015 (UCLA in 2017).
Here's a list of players who left the program in the last 5 years without graduating or getting drafted:
I'm not going to pretend we weren't better off losing about 5 of those players (*ahem* Quade Green), but damnit if this program wouldn't be in infinitely better shape if abbout 5-6 of those dudes stuck around another year or two.

- Brad Calipari (can't believe this watermelon-head motherf****er held a scholarship position)
Last year's departures was probably the most egregious example. Definitely was not a huge fan of BAH, but he'd be a 10x over any PG we have this season. There's absolutely no f*cking reason Juzang and Baker shouldn't be a ridiculous 1-2 punch at the 2 spot. Give me EJ Montgomery over Keion Brooks all/air.
Basically, f*ck Cal and his ******** roster management. His stress eating is 100% of his own making.
