It seems to me that Sturgill is always getting into situations where he gets asked questions about how much of an outsider he is. And then he has answers such as the cock and cake thing, which makes his fans slurp him even more. So it's a schtick, which is kind of phony. I added the ***** thing for emphasis. That was probably a little over the top.
I don’t get the Soundgarden love. I know Cornell could bring it vocally, but I just never liked their sound/tone. It didn’t mesh. Any song of theirs is an auto skip/change for me.
