Before the SEC grants his waiver, Kentucky has to submit a plan to wipe down and sterilize his application after each use, place hand sanitizers in the administrative office to promote sanitation, institute a mask mandate between compliance officers when discussing his approval process internally via Zoom, and close the athletic office 2 hours early each day effective immediately.

Should be a slam dunk after that. Fingers crossed!

Speaking of waivers, since this year doesn’t count does that mean we get 4 years of Gatewood if he’s cleared? Are Terry, Landon, Drake, etc. eligible for a 6th year if the don’t go pro? Does Hoskins get a 7th year?

I haven’t seen an extended statement other than “this year doesn’t count”

Challenge Accepted...

Mussels steamed with Shallots, Garlic, Harp, and Butter

Pan Seared Irish Salmon on a Scallion Boxty with Kerrygold Buerre Blanc.

Cashel Blue and Irish Cheddar Cheese Course

Middleton's Night Cap
95% of Irish people don’t eat that...

I was responding to Rory (Ulster) lauding Domino’s pizza. Which is heresy

Indian food and college football are both great but never the twain shall meet.

I learned that lesson the hard way after attending an OSU/Michigan game in Columbus and stopping into an Indian restaraunt right off campus on my way to my car postgame. We all felt lucky to survive the next day.

- Tried Hakka Chinese for the first time recently. Holy ish. My favourite Chinese by a wide margin. Chinese food made with Indian spices was my friend’s description that sold me on trying it. Helps that a new spot opened up 4 minutes from the crib

- Interesting that 35 year old ‘73 wanted to drive you around and show you a thing or two and 47 year old ‘73 just wants to complain about a piece of cloth over his face. Hope all is well, JBP.

- I hate Pascal Siakam. But I believe in Masai

- Kids are 3, 5, and 7 and teaching them sports and video games for the first time is fun AF. Next up, good music

- This most recent season of last chance u was garbage. Roster was straight trash. We get it, Oakland is expensive, try another slant

- I miss the days of stand up comedy where everyone funny wasn’t also a total pedo. Last live show I saw was chris d’elia in the front row. Oops.

- Did JDrum ever speak of the day we shall not speak of? To this day I insist I didn’t do
anything other than laugh at the disgusting nudes she sent tommy

We still have Bill Burr, NW50. His latest special Paper Tiger was great.

Good to have you posting again, bub.

This is very true. Somehow, unlike UKO, Bill Burr has gotten better with age. And by all accounts he is reported to be a solid human being off stage.

and thank you sir! Missed this place.

The other day, as an eternal optimist, I was thinking “I miss the internet before everyone talked non stop about how the world is ending” and it made me think of this thread where the same sort of stuff never seemed to catch any momentum.

Pretty cool to see so many names from 10-17 years ago still at it. Almost like an internet time capsule.

-Someone send AGS a link to the thread and the band would be back together.

-Actually, thanks to facebook, I get to keep up with my favorite(no f*cking U) Candian pretty well. Been watching that family grow and NW50 go from a goofy 20 year old to a Dad fighting with all the dolts of London. Glad you're back, buddy.

-I love the Burr's Paper Tiger. So good. At least Chappelle and Burr aren't backing down.

-Gray comes back and delivers a great start only for the Reds to strand like 87 runners. K.

-Indian food has no business at a tailgate. 'Murica.

Damn, Road Warrior Animal gone. Those first few notes of Ironman got 10 yr old Justa psyched for the beatdowm him and Hawk were about to put on 2 of the Four Horseman. Or the Malarkey Bros if a TV taping.

Bert Kreischer's "Hey Big Boy" is pretty hilarious and per the google I just did, no creepy allegations. Burr and Chappelle are holding it down, too.

There's a lot of really solid stand-up going on right now, and virtually none of them are what Bill Burr spends his entire special pretending people want him to be. If anyone is coming after comedians, it's the ones like Cosby and D'Elia, but even Louis is still working.

If you want some anti-woke comedy, check out any Stanhope special. For my money, I'll take Popov Presents: An Evening with Doug Stanhope. He decided to start claiming that Popov vodka sponsored him in the hope that they actually would after he lied about it. They sent him a cease and desist and he did the special in their honor and dared them to sue him.

And it gets better from there.

Ricky Gervais is on par with Chappell for DGAF. For my $ they are the 2 top minds in standup right now. Especially for thought provoking material.

I like Burr but the angry screaming gets a tad old. Maron used to do that but the last couple years he's taken a more mellow and thoughtful approach.

Kreischer & Segura are the 2 top kinda "nonsensical" acts. Both pretty much an open book on their lives so don't think you would find much scandal.

Stanhope is hit or miss depending on the material. Some things are great but others he draws on for too long on the material.

I watch/listen to ALOT of standup.
