Potatoes Anna is my favorite side. Ribeye is excellent.Going to Ruby’s for the first time tonight and I almost always go with a ribeye when I eat steak. Any reason reason not to do the same there? Anything else we should get?
:: Sous vide flat irons are great. What's really awesome is if you have a bunch and you've had to vacuum seal & freeze them, no worries. Just throw them in the water bath and add an extra 30-40 minutes to the cook time. They come out perfect. Use that extra time to crank out dope sides and sauces.-Do randoms even work in this format?

-First day of school for the little man, crazy. Couldn't be happier that he made it in class. Not exactly the most ideal circumstances but better than a video screen. Did you use lifting straps with that DL? 580 is damned impressive either way, but especially if it’s without straps.

What's the trick on strips? Always come out tougher than Ribeye which is what I stick with.
