It seems like everywhere you look people are terrified of Covid liability. To me, this seems like a nearly impossible claim to prove. How can you prove someone got it specifically from either someone at work, or during football practice, or whatever.
Yeah, you may have been around someone that had it, and then you may have gotten it, but that doesn't prove ****. Unless you were literally around no other person, you could've gotten it from anyone. Did you go to the grocery, did you go to a bathroom more than one person uses, did you walk within 6 feet of ANYONE else at ANY TIME in the last two weeks? There is just no possible way to prove you got it from a specific person. If any business or school gets sued over it, they should have the nuts to defend that claim vigorously and not payout due to social pressure.
