I had some acquaintances there...seemed about as ridiculous, if not more, as the claims that are being made and videos. Friend of a friend was basically broadcasting it live on twitter.

With the ten year rate at historic lows and real estate lagging, really no place for investors to put their money with a return. The market factors that in, money behaves like water and goes to the best source of return.

My kids danced and ran along side the other kids advancing the soccer ball upfield. You pretty much separate the wheat from the chaff by seeing if your kid gets in there and aggressively gets in another kids space to stop them.
