Watch out, Ron. It looks like you’ve angered the “exercise sports” contingent. If anyone brings up Phelps or any Kenyans: tread lightly, IMO.

- Neither the doping nor the lying are what make Lance a piece of **** - which he is. But I’ll watch his doc.

- What a bizarre comment from Rudd. I care a helluva lot and find it extremely interesting how star athletes became who they became. Likewise with musicians, coaches, presidents, countries, CEOs, etc.

- I wish he was a little more woke and condescending, but Ben Roberts is an outstanding sports writer/beat man.

Which is better? A storm chance, a storm or two, a few storms, or storms around? We have turned into Seattle weather wise the last few years.

To be fair, the only person who really does that on a near-daily basis is Anth
Yeah, we never get recaps of your Fairdale CC matches. Good call.

From today:
-Member/Member last weekend...we ran 2nd. Fired a 71 Sunday in the final group during hole-out stroke play format, so that felt good for a 40yo declining BBdK. Unfortunately, got clipped by my opponent who fired a smooth 32 on the home 9 (69). How it goes...

Lol, knew you'd take offense and say that. Happens every so often, like today - from an actual tournament. I don't post a recap of a golf round even once a month on average.

You literally text or post EVERY DAY about "my workout". Didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

F'ing Clay Travis is riding high right now since he proved the coronavirus never happened, the state of Nashville continues to run circles every other mid-large size city and now UT is outrecruiting everyone in the conference. This just doesnt sit well with me if its any indication of how the rest of the year is going to go.

I unfollowed him. Great decision because now I only see him when the woke media turning themselves inside out at being labeled "coronabros". Makes him way more tolerable.

Search for the last time I broke down a ride or workout in gyero to the level of detail in your post earlier, bubby.

Only thing you'll see me post is "nice lil ride" facetiously.

Non runners always have the worst knees.
Must be why I had a school record in high school and ran the 55, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, all relays and jumped the long / high / triple and came in 7th at state.

I have some hereditary condition where cartilage doesn’t heal and I’m bone on bone with both knees, have shredded meniscus left both knees, torn patellar ligaments in both knees, torn MCL in my left knee from playing real sports. I would love to still run, but I had to “meter” my knees to a couple games a week 10 years ago. Now I just “save” them for playing with my kids.

I’m glad I played sports well when it mattered, as a child and didn’t have to pick up the spazz (no coordination required, anybody can do it) exercise sports as an adult to fill out a shell of a personality. But that’s just me, I guess.

Relays haha! I’d love to see that 55 and 100 relay. Quick handoff.

I have been riding new bike daily and my stamina has increased significantly. If only my *** would accommodate - as the saddle is crushing me.

decided to get obliterated right now. Pink Floyd Echoes taking me to the nether regions.

Tumblin Dice Barrel Proof (Pick) and Four Roses SBS doing the damage...amongst others.

Donating plasma (again) tomorrow. Gotta drink a shitton of water so that I don’t sit there for 2 hours again.
