American Wedding was my favorite January Jones.

Never really got the appeal of driftwood, but there’s a **** load floating around. Feel free to come help yourselves imo. Rather you take it than bust a vdrive.

Water a bit chilly, but the sun shined bright today. Wife had a few margs and is down for count already.

Dock party, while maintaining social distancing.

That Basin/Gouverneur Morris finish was pretty fun

You jest (I think), but those two did run their eyeballs out in their respective races. They were just second best in both races . . . by a lot. Could improve off those efforts, especially Basin, but I can’t wait to see Nadal, Charlatan, and Tiz the Law square off on the first Saturday in September. I wonder if we’ll get a full 20 horse field after summer racing wraps up for these 3 year olds.

Anyway, today was weird.

Wynn’s Dad sounds like a guy I could enjoy a fine Pilsner beer with

Brandon, he would absolutely take you up on it, although it would be weird rum drinks, rather than traditional ice cold pilsners.

He actually called me back tonight just to tell me about his new drink: equal parts Myers, Sailor Jerry, Cruzan Dark, and pure cherry juice. WTF, peepaw?

-koestler *was* who hemingway pretended to be. Orwell put his *** on the line for what he believed in. Malraux was a pilot in the spanish civil war...all whilst ernest was getting soused at hotel bars and being duped(at best...at worst he was in bed with stalin) into "starring" in Joris Ivens pro-stalin propaganda films.

Elizabeth Hurley is my favorite. 50 plus or not...holu ****.

Jimmy Buffet lives the best life.

Hung out with a buddy down the road and a Romanian Engineer that works at Ford. Mucho drinks at the amphitheater and shots at dudes house. **** off Andy.

Pretty sure anything Hemingway ever wrote or did was on the basis of eventually getting laid by someone he was chasing after.

So while he may be a bit overrated . . . I still get where he’s coming from.

F’em and feed ‘em fish heads, Ernie. F’em if they can’t handle it.

Apologies for the negativity. Everything is fine

Offensive philosophy. 2nd to none. Ahead of the game.
Recruiting. 2nd to none. One lotto pick this year.
Coaching staff: 2nd to none.
Results last 5 years: 2nd to none. They "had a chance" each of the last 5 years. Can't complain

The Gold Standard is Alive and Well.

The Great Gatsby takes a big runny dump all over anything Hemingway ever wrote.

In the end, we are all boats bourn ceaselessly into the sea of the past, Clown.

I've never seen the picture of Hemingway with an unloaded Tommy Gun with (I presume) his son on an effing boat, but that's priceless. Encapsulates everything.
