- My wife and I are basically handing off the kids back and forth throughout the day depending on our conference call schedule. We have separate panic rooms to take them in, essentially.
- We moved this weekend, but it was limited to stuff I could carry by myself. So now, we’re sitting on inflatable furniture that I ordered from Amazon in the nick of time. She thought I was kidding, but I wasn’t. Here we are.
- For lunch, I think I might just eat Marie Calendar Chicken pot pies with extry pepper and hot sauce everyday for the rest of my life. Marcus.
- Speaking of lunch, not eating my usual steak burrito Jalisco combo w/rice and beans, a bowl of chips, and 2-3 cokes every MWF has me down about 15 lbs in three weeks. Talk about an all-time “I told you so.” (They all said it wouldn’t happen -that the metabolism had faded. False.)
- My grandpa spent part of a monsoon season in burnt out Japanese tank at Gaudalcanal (after he drug the bodies out). I am not going to actually complain about any of this.

Really hoping we get a CISA exemption. I 100% don't want to be stuck at home for an extended period of time.

Update: there was a crack of sunshine today so I told my wife I had to go to the office for some paperwork/business stuff. I drove to the gas station and bought a tall boy miller lite and a pack of cigarettes (I don’t and have never smoked other than the occasional blackout in college). I drove around by myself drinking the beer and smoked 3 cigarettes for an hour and then came home.

For years we’ve just had cable, Prime and recently Disney Plus. Just didn’t watch that much TV outside of kid’s stuff...but with this quarantine mess I went ahead and signed up for Netflix. Some good recs for both the family and for my wife and I after the kids go to bed would be appreciated.

One of my favorite shows. I watched all the way through Michael leaving when the series aired, couldn’t take it after and didn’t finish the series. May loop back for a rewatch, though.

When I got the Disney ESPN+ Hulu bundle I started re-watching Seinfeld then with Prime you can watch the first 8 seasons of Curb. Been pretty much alternating these at bedtime.
