But, how many times has Nick F. Richards made 2 FT in a clutch situation this year? His 4ft kept us in the game. Unreal. I feel like he's about 90% in those situations this year.

Amazing win! I'm really encouraged to see this team band together on a bad shooting night. I think this bodes well for March. Also, KSBar has half-priced wings and beers during every UK basketball (and Hoops!) game. Tune in to KSR on Monday at 10 am while Ryan Lemond makes goober jokes and we try to paint lipstick on this pig.

So, did the OM player intentionally miss the 1st ft? Sure looked like it. Interesting strategy if that was the idea.
When did Cal become so thin-skinned? I mean, my man (and I want Cal to stay as long as he pleases) is getting 10M with a lifetime contract. You’re going to catch a little hell when your squad looks like they are seeing the 3-tittied midget from Total Recall for the first time when they see a 1-3-1 zone.
I am a huge Matt Jones fan. I just get highly irritated when he ignores reality and pumps sunshine rather than just stating what is obvious.

Disagree. He's making hustle plays and getting every 50/50 ball near him. That rebound and pass to Maxey was probably the play of the game.

This. He's embraced the role of grabbing rebounds and making hustle plays the last handful of games. Looks much better of late.

He made one play falling to floor. Glad he made it. Was a huge play.
But he did zero on the defensive end and let many rebounds in traffic just go the other way, nonchalant. He’s the X-factor. I get it. If we get anything from him -say, 8 points and 6 rebounds- we become a top tier team. But he’s just so damn passive. Seems to be his natural state.

-Point taken, however he had 8 boards as well...sadly *any* contribution seems great due to his play earlier in the year.
They zoned us, which takes everything EJ can contribute offensively off the table. Especially when Cal sits him at the top of a zone allowing it to sag and take away any chance of attacking it from the FT line.
Tough gritty win. Doesn’t have to be pretty and dominate, but our guys we can count on made the plays to win like we needed, and our defense was once again pretty damn good.
The next 4 weeks we get LSU, Auburn and UF twice. Win 3 out of 4 there and make the SEC Chanpionship and we could end a 3 seed.

Fair. Although I do think we're getting more out of him lately. Today wasn't great.

Vincent will get second title. But I hate that it will be 2 and done instead of 3 or 4 and done. I expected 3 or 4 when the man was hired. And I wanted it more for him than myself. TS.
