Monday Shorts:
-Helluva weather stretch through mid week. Of course, it will be back to 95 just in time for FOOTBALL TIMEEEEEE IN THE BLUEGRASSSSSSS!
-Jacked up, nonetheless. Feel like this
could be our best balanced squad, but also can't help being a little wary that our season hinges so much upon the health of a potential star, but injury prone QB.
-Seviche Friday evening w/ Uncle, Bro, and Lass. My #1 in Lou 15 years strong, just hard to see it ever being unseated....slaps every time.
-Gravely brewing after to see the boy Bonz do his thing. My man flat gets down on the drums, and Gravely is a really cool/unique brewery. I don't have an awful lot for the boring/wood/industrial ones that are basically taps and picnic tables. Place is built for music, has TVs, cool lighting & design. Big fan.
^ almost asked if you'd like to hit the slopes courtesy of an animal in my party, but you seemed plenty sweaty. Shirt off for the 2H was quite the move, btw. Your lassie had a few lil yelps lmao -- nice work on that, btw.
-Tracy Lawrence Friday night at Manchester, a nice lil primer for Labor Day weekend.
-One of the reasons I have a short love for summer is the fact I don't really do that much. It's pretty redundant for dog dad. Work, Golf, Pool, repeat. Fun for a bit, but gets mundane fast. Sports basically disappear. My travel is mostly relegated to the other seasons, and I'm lucky to see my peeps 2-3x all summer; especially now that they're all-in w/ the baseball grind. Fall gets the crew back together consistently, at least from my end.
Opening Weekend/Holiday. Baha Mar the following week. Chapelle Tuesday upon return. Golf Trip 2 weeks later. Napa Valley October. Champions Classic November. Football every week. Basketball in the distance.
Tis the SZN! Let's. GO!
