That rescue dog my wife brought home a while back ate our elf the other night. Luckily I was able to find and dispose of his remains before anyone else woke up. “Sorry guys, looks like Chip was busy last night. I’m sure he’ll be back soon.”

Have to assume all of the guys purchased in this recruiting class for UL keep the cash and go somewhere else? Wouldn't doubt if the California kids end up in Boulder.

lol imagine being put in your place by a G5 school

I'm not taking up for UL, but that's best case for them, they hated Satterfield and him winning 7 this year just prolonged the inevitable. I'm sure his agent was shopping him like crazy.

Satterfield to Cincy is awesome!

UL will be starting over after their recruiting class falls apart.

Cincy will become less of a problem for UK with Fickell being replaced by a downgrade.

UL fans had just started warming up to Scott again.

And UL basketball still hasn't won a game.

🤣🤣🤣

True, but also a devil you know scenario. They're now picking up scraps of the available hires or waiting on an alum to possibly save the day. They are probably also going to lose their best recruiting class in recent memory.

Definitely shouldn't keep a coach for one class, and the fans may be glad to see him go, but this has a much higher chance to go poorly for them IMO

Coen makes sense for two speculative reasons. 1. McVey has stated he may retire early. 2. Stafford is rumored to be possibly done.

Brohm to Louisville would be attractive to Bohm for the obvious but also an easier row to hoe in ACC. It may be time.

QB, Offensive Line, and some dline help in portal is my Christmas list.

Haven’t worn a mask in awhile but with some of the disgusting people I’ve seen at the airport this morning, maybe it’s not such a bad thing while flying. There are a good 3-4 people on this plane who shouldn’t be flying. Coughing nonstop, sneezing, etc. And people’s kids are the worst. First off, why aren’t they in school? Second off, if they are sick, then don’t ******* travel. And if you are an adult flying sick, then you are an *******.

Imagine a week ago you were a fan of a competitive program with a solid head coach and now you are supposed to cheer for Scott Satterfield who is a HUGE loser.

Cincy just cant help but take L's from the city of Louisville.

But if UL was such a great national brand- maybe they wouldnt have to get on their knees for two alums to come back and coach. Neither of which is really a home-run hire.

In the NIL era and with them now in the Big 12 I don't see how UofL is a better opportunity than Cincinnati. I mean I don't really feel anything for the place obviously but that city has *real* money.

-How many points does Cal need in the final 4 minutes to feel safe with a W? 10+? Good win but watching our upperclassman make stupid decision after stupid decision in crunch time is unbelievable. Did we miss 5 FT's in the final 2 minutes?

-If Stoops can get Coen back, what a homerun that would be for FHoFHCMS.

-UL/Cincy are basically the same job. I'd imagine most of Cincy only cares about the Bearcats the couple hours they're on TV when relevant.

-Speaking of Cincy, Burrow is just so damn likeable. I hate it, tbh. What would it take for the Cubs to have a player I actually like?

-Brohm will be a splash and get some dudes on board. Hilarious with the timing but still a good thing for them.

-Tied a few dozen flies this weekend. Talk about a relaxing pastime.

-Neighbors got a new pup... that just broke two very expensive pieces of glass art. Sheweeeeeeeeee.

-Shouldn't fly if you're hacking up a lung but it's way less annoying that getting a middle aged white woman behind me. Seriously, put 15 kids hyped on sugar rather than Karen talking nonstop from start to finish. I'm like 10 out of the last 10 having her behind me.

I mean I'll believe Brohm to UofL when I see it tbh. Leaving a money flush Big Ten university when you just played in the conference championship to come home to a broke ACC program doesn't instantly pass the smell test. Who's the last HC to leave a Big Ten or SEC job for another conference? Doesn't seem like a very prudent move these days.

I agree, 73. Schools should be paused during this bad respiratory season and mandatory masking must return.

*A good friend of mine is also good friends with Satterfield. He told me this morning Satterfield got close to zero support from the administration. He also wasn't happy with the lack of fan support, even after they started winning.

*Solid weekend. Friday night was supposed to be low key. Buddy mentioned above became a Grandpa for the 1st time so w decided to celebrate a bit...which turned into a lot.

Saturday was date night for ole Bern. For the 1st time I went out with the same girl for the 2nd time. Dinner at Steak & Bourbon, Volare for drinks and music, then a bar that used to be Molly's for a night cap.

*Met up with the B's at Tin Roof, yesterday. Couple of beers and cheering on the Cats. Finally a decent win!

Left there to have a couple of beers at Waldo's then dinner with friends at the local pizza place.

Louisville is ranked 361 in the first NET rankings.

Shew boy.

That game against Florida A&M should be must watch next Saturday because it looks like their only chance for a win.
