- I am sick of people making excuses for Kellan F’ing Grady. That dude was passing up shots all year. This wasn’t some new development. He was doing this **** in November. He’s a headcase. Then in postseason he didn’t even show up. That’s on the 25 year old. Not the coach.
Yup!

We were losing by 7 at HT to Miles College in an exhibition game at Rupp Arena. People seem to forget that...

Speaking of Rupp Arena, can we get rid of those ridiculous Central Bank & Trust Co. logos on the floor? TYIA.

Quite the bell curve of a year we had, eh?

Somewhere between breaking UNC, UT and KU over our knee and losing to St. Peters was a relatively normal UK team. I don't even think we peaked too soon, we just stopped doing anything relating to exerting what made us great.

Such a weird season.

A coaches job is to make his players reach their potential. Doing it preferably in March. He did a great job of that until 2015.

If you want to blame Grady, Booker, Herro, TyTy, Mintz or Murray go ahead. The last seven years he has made burger boys look and play scared when it counts. He took a 2,000+ point scorer at Davidson and found a way to make him scared to shoot the 3. Most of those guys seem to turn out just fine under different circumstances. Why?

Even Hank.

You guys really like to pile on don't you... Every damn post about Cal I've read this morning is something I said yesterday. And it wasn't the same thing over and over. If you think that, you can't read.

What a bunch of sanctimonious and hypocritical group-think vaginas.

Don't want to read it then GFY and block me.
You're being as obtuse as Cal.

That wasn't directed at you. But now that you mention it, yeah, all of you ARE acting a lot like that.

As far as I can tell, the main complaint is that I posted, (gasp) too much, not what I said. And the whining and gnashing of teeth over the high frequency of posts is pretty humorous.

And yet, you just keep helping to perpetuate it. LOL

There is an easy solution for you all. There are TWO actually. Feel free to avail yourselves of either one. Or you can keep acting like pearl-clutchers over what is an insignificant thing. I'm fine with either.

Can't wait for UK to get "involved" with every highly-touted transfer, and watch them commit to other schools. Sounds like a dope off-season..

The smart fan knows that the time to get fully on the ***** bus isn’t now. Now we’re at the truck stop. Driver is gassing up, and we’re getting snacks. The transfers are the snacks. Some are Honey Buns, some are Zingers. It’s angsty but it isn’t the end of the world yet.

No the smart fans know that the time is coming when the bus will be gassed up, we will have our snacks, and it’ll be time to get on the bus. We’ll pull out, someone will fart, and we’ll find out the windows are closed shut. And that’ll be the start of our awful journey.

So sit back, grab a Coke, and kick some rocks in the parking lot. Pace your hate.

We will get guys, we always get guys. No one is disputing that although you could say we haven’t had a super high end guy suit up in a while.

The bigger problem is how we use those guys.

Yep. And that's what killed me about this last loss. We could be loaded with veteran 5*s, be 32-4 and still choke out a dogshit performance in the tournament. Because our players are confused and tight, and our coach won't . . . coach.

Clear the Palate Randoms:

- Coffee tastes better out of a ceramic mug than any other receptacle. They should make a portable mug out of ceramics instead of that Yeti metal stuff. They probably already do, but I'm a rube and don't know about it so they need to fix that.

- Who are "they" that people talk about all the time?

- Top 5 "theys" of all time:

1. They took our jobs!
2. They said it was supposed to rain.
3. They never tell you that.
4. They never learn.
5. They need to fix this road.

- It's a shame we can't use the number 2000 anymore to show how cutting edge something is. We have a literacy strategy resource we purchased at school called Achieve 3000!!!! but that's a little too far ahead in the future imo.

- Do people still get turf toe? It's been a long time since I've seen this listed as an injury update in any sporting event. Have we cured it? Do they call it something else now?

- My superpower is hitting red lights flush on the nose. It's uncanny, honestly. It doesn't matter if I'm riding or driving. I can't tell you the number of times the bus threw players into the floor this year because our bus driver had to slam on the brakes at an intersection. I was already braced for it. I knew what was coming. It's become "my thing" that I'm known for now, sadly.

- My kryptonite is tearing something open along the edges. I can't open **** without tearing it all to pieces. Potato chip bags, lint rollers, cereal boxes, notebook paper, Amazon boxes. Total devastation and carnage after I'm done with it.

- Calipari.
