-- Instead of "you're welcome" I've always been a "no worries" guy. I know some see it as a little condescending but I like its relaxed, informal vibe. Like, "Yeah, I'm a great person, I do this kind of **** all the time, no big deal." But I overheard a young debutante respond to a friend of hers who was thanking her for a ride by saying "Oh, of course." Now that's where I draw the GD line. That's just going too far.
-- Last couple of years have been rough for sports life and society as a whole, but I'm not even sure 2020 or 2021 crack White Wayne's top 5 worst years in U.S. history:
1. 1863
2. 1865
3. 2008 (a veritable slap in the face - his words)
4. 1954
5. 1964
I've heard Wayne does not like the blacks
-- I still find it hard to believe that James Brown was a real person and not some sort of like Joaquin Phoenix or Andy Kaufman like character. I need to pick up a biography on this guy, what a life:
-- 44th place out of 44 people in my work March Madness pool (that's dead last BTW for those keeping score at home). WTF has happened to me? I used to consistently finish near the top of these and nail a few upsets.
-- Kansas/UNC parlay at -134 for each to win straight up seems like easy money though. Miami only as a 5.5 point dog does concern me though - can they pull the upset? I can't see it... I think McCormack is due for a big game with 18 and 12 and Kansas rolls to complete the ultimate bracket of sadness.

Great evidence, Cricket! Universities never take the side of athletic teams and always give fraternities the benefit of the doubt.
Football players were cleared by the Grand Jury and fraternity was suspended for a separate incident but thanks for proving my point!
Seeing St. Pete, two teams we throttled, and Miami still alive just makes me even more incensed.

So I’m saying UNC with throttle Cinderella today so that puts 3 teams with 5 titles since Cal got here along with Kansas who overtook us in wins. So we got that going for us which is nice.
