^Youre the only Russ fan bruh, stop hating on everyone else to make your boy look better. Russ is a great solo player, toxic in the team environment. Kid should’ve played tennis or something.

Perfectly said. Madden and Summerall were the best ever and will never be topped.

Gifford/Cosell/Dandy Don are #1 and it isn't close.

The great thing about Summerall - Brookshire/Madden was that they were as close to being the official Cowboys announcing team as the Cowboys official announcing team.

Culpepper....lol.

I usually cheer for the SEC in bowl games, but was glad to see the cowbell schlubs go down.

1 vote here to put the child molester in the cell with the 9 *** kickers.

Madden was a legend, loved the 6 legged turkey gig and all the rest of his antics.

Let me know when you win one that matters, big boy. What's it been...10 years? That's one since the turn of the century...sweet. Until the next one, you can keep compensating for your shortcomings, but you know how it turned out last time....

Nah...too easy. Happy New Year.

-one "down" bowl season isn't gonna hurt the SEC's brand. As much as some of the talking heads (i listen to xm 84 in the truck and at the office...danny kanell et al) would love that to be the case. **** em. 8 teams left to play...6 wins 2 losses...and an sec team will win *and* lose in the championship. So "down" =.500 at worst, K.

^they're close to making me pull for other sec teams. That is annoying.

-MY team plays Saturday. If the turnover number isn't worse than -2, cats by 2 scores minimum.

-had a neighbor from Iowa, he was a massive cvnt.

When you get to college, you don't go to class, you don't do nothing, you just show up and play ... That's exactly how it was, you know, and I think that was the tradition of college basketball, or college, period, any sport. You're not there to get an education, though they tell you that.

Let us know when Coach Hubert Davis does anything that matters. What has he done, ever? He'll be fired just like your boy Daughetry.

We've won more games, more championships, have a higher winning percentage, claim less Helms titles, created less fake university programs, and don't have a racist mascot.

Too easy... I hope you get diarrhea for new years.

- I miss the days before Twitter when these dorks like Andrew McGregor just said this crap to one another at coffee shops or wherever.

- Bigger Christmas surprise for KL....seeing HUBER show up at my church's Christmas Eve barn service, or seeing that PTI is an Emmet Otter fan? It's a push. Both make me happy, though.

- One of the great testaments to Stoops and the culture he's built, is that other than Bossman Fat (thanks Hank, edited for accuracy), Kentucky hasn't had a guy bow out of a bowl game to focus on draft prep under his leadership. Says a LOT, imo.

- Got a podcast mic for Christmas. Not quite sure how I'm gonna use it. Was going to go with buzzed, profanity-laced Kentucky postgame shows, but SAE has that market cornered.

- The week between Christmas and New Years used to be a blur of my kids playing with all their toys, us watching Christmas movies for the last time for 11 months, eating leftover treats, and maybe going to Southern Lights, etc. Now they're teenagers so I've barely seen them all week. Kinda sad, frankly.

- First Christmas without mom. Many of you can relate. Held it together very well (almost disturbingly well) during Christmas gatherings with my dad. Kinda felt bad at how little I thought about her. Maybe I was subconsciously trying to stay away from it so that my dad wouldn't get upset, I don't know. Took him to the airport on Christmas Day (he went to stay with a sibling for a week), went to my in-laws for their Christmas gathering, and lost it at the dinner table that night. Not one of my proudest moments, tbh, but I guess you can't time those things.

- HAVING SAID THAT....I hope GYERO had a merry Christmas. Cats over Iowa by 17. I'm off to spend my Joseph-Beth gift card. Those things burn a hole in my pocket like no other. Anth, great job hitting that tire on IG. Looking terrific, bud. UKO is a dork. Late.

Bossman Fat sat out the bowl game last year to focus on the draft but I'm not positive that Stoops would have let him play if he wanted to.

Is Paschal going to play on Saturday? He might be my favorite low-key football player of all time. Love everything about that guy.

-Dr Andrew McGregor, can f*ck right off. Shocked he's not wearing a mask, some type of woke filter over his picture, or have a woke tag in his name.

-So we're currently setting a daily record in covid infections, we're out of tests, and hospitals are filling up with asymptomatic to mildly symptomatic people? That's just fantastic. Maybe a few more executive mandates and we'll have this ***** under control.

-Shiv was pure smoke in Season 1, there's no argument.

-In order to get an XBox you basically have to lease the damn thing or buy it on the black market? When did that happen?

-Portnoy's half court shot attempt was BRUTAL. Of all the embarrassing **** that's happened to him, that has to be #1.

-KL, you hit up Athen's Lunchroom yet?

Bossman sat out more than the bowl game.

Pascal got injured during the UL beat down. If he's healthy, he's playing. Of all the players we've had he's not going to be the one to opt out.

I’m assuming many of my friends in Versailles know you — I lived there for 30+ years. I only return a couple times a year, but I’d love to come to your church.

No, we've gone completely remote forever, so I'm not even in Lexington that much anymore. Heard good things, though.

Thinking of taking the fam out for a nice dinner to cap off a roller coaster year tomorrow night. Anyone have thoughts on Frank and Dino's?

I didn't think it was that bad...half foot short/left -- there are way worse ones every single night. I'd wager decent money Toby wouldn't do any better.

This cracked me up though.

Still, Nowhere near as bad as some of the baseball pitches.

It was awful. Which is why all his boys are mocking him and he released an emergency statement on it.

Sure, bet. I could hit rim backboard on at least 1 of 2 shots. I'm not going to barely get it past the free throw line.

Throwing a baseball to home plate without practice is actually pretty difficult.

Oh, I must have missed that one. The one I saw came up just short left.

But yes, I'll take that bet all day. You have to 'basketball shoot' it, like he attempted to...not a football throw just to ram the backboard.

I'll try at G's next practice.
