I honestly can't believe people still listen to radio. I assume alot stream but listening to terrestrial radio with commercials is just unbearable to me.

Sirius/XM going on almost 25 yrs now.

Went into the local convenient store to get some lottery tickets and a young guy with oversized capri gym shorts was walking out reeking of weed and had a handful of rillos. When I got to the counter stepped on something and looked down to see an ounce of weed and a wad of money. Picked it up and walked to the door to give it to him but he was gone so I put it in my pocket and got my lottery tickets. Get home and it’s really good weed and $340 dollars. Didn’t win on the tickets but came out ahead with the lost and found. Would like to extend an “appreciate it” to him but he’s probably frantically trying to figure out what to do with all the rillos and missing cash.

My feeling on gambol is once you've made your mind up on what to bet or what you're playing, nothing stops it. So for the only time in history, I agree with BTodd.

A guy that worked for my dad found a duffle bag on the back of his farm full of cash and weed. He left it and called the cops. Not sure I could have done that.

This sounds bad and arrogant, and maybe it is. But the success of KSR has made the other shows impossible. We have tried to start afternoon shows with other hosts but (a) afternoon drive time radio is struggling all across the country and (b) advertisers won’t get on board bc they know the audience for KSR is so much larger (c) finding great radio hosts is really hard. Everyone thinks they can do it but it ain’t easy. If you know one, let me know and I will put them on the air

I have wanted to get one going that we owned but there is no market. People listen to daily radio until around 2 and then studies show they switch to podcasts (often of the morning shows) in the afternoon. The trend is true pretty much everywhere but it’s really true outside the major markets

Three years ago we almost moved KSR to afternoons and we realized it would cost the show 40% in revenue. The way of the world now
Cutler 12-2 either by himself or with someone smart enough that can argue with him and not get their feelings hurt.

Not a great look but doesn’t change much on the field. Vito is the only name that jumps out and he was already involved in legal trouble.

That’s assuming Robert isn’t Jutahn’s legal name.

It is. The WKYT article calls him “Juhtan.” Wonder if that played into Drennen’s move at all.

You found $340 on the floor and you still proceeded to buy scratch-offs?
Yep, I don’t drink, very few bills, money to blow and actually very lucky so It gives me something to do when I’m not fishing. Plus I could tell I would come out way ahead of the $20 I spent on scratch offs with the weed and wad of cash.

Anth, you agreed with me the night we did all the shots at the bar after the Bama game years ago. Well, to be honest, you didn’t turn them down so I figured you’d agreed. Maybe 80 Proof can chime in because I was hammered and ended up back at the hotel with 2 unopened Heineken in my jacket pockets.

Wife's Uncle bought a soft tackle bag at the 127 sale years ago. Got home to fill it with his tackle and was full of weed. Close to QP I'd guess. Flushed it down the toilet.
