Today I managed to acquire two cannisters of "pre ban" Jack3d. It's the real stuff, with the secret "geranium root" extract, etc.

I really do not want it. I guess the fact it's been off-the-market contraband for 5 years got the best of my curiosity.

In any event, going to see what it does for my typically pathetic early morning jog through Newport. Will report back.

rogue what's your pre workout choice? Tried amped AF?
ive tried dozens and switch them up routinely. Bulk I've enjoyed lately but honestly I want to stop using them and try and just go the coffee route.
My pre workout is usually a banana. Sometimes a cereal bar.
We know. You look like that's your entire caloric intake for the day.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 was fun. A little too CGI'ish at times and not as good as the first. But there's no way anyone wouldn't enjoy the couple hours at the theater

-i like the *idea* of raising chickens for eggs, using non productive birds for dinner...self subsistence and what not. But i have to run to soccer practice/mathnasium/home depot/costco/target/flute lessons/school/church/basketball practice/rite aid. And I have an old lady down the street that gives me eggs.

<-- would live in the middle of the nowhere if it weren't for wife/kids.

Just not a big fan of having **** all over my yard - or of **** in general - so I probably won't be going the chicken/goat route.
But think of all the compost opportunities!!

- contemplating a bow tie for tomorrow but doubt my thick neck can pull it off. Plus, I have zero clue how to tie one of those damn things and would end up punching a hole in my wall in frustration before lighting it on fire and defaulting to the classic windsor knot.

- What's with all these DIY folks of the Mennonite variety? Have a hipster programmer at the office who boasts about his homemade mead. Brought it in one Friday to show off and the sludge tastes like fermented bile. [sick]

Hey Elliot Alderson, the Napa Valley has this whole vino business on lockdown.

- Nice little 3,000 yard swim this a.m.

- 4 different Game of Thrones spin-offs? Here's an idea HBO, just keep going with what works. I mean, the fat man won't come close to finishing the story before he croaks, so just tell him you're going to follow his outline then go your own way.

- Want to know how to get on the good side of the office hen? Bring in breakfast. It's amazing what a few chicken mini's and a yogurt parfait can do for ones moral, in the short-term. You'll get a 2-3 day reprieve on them cussing the sales staff under their breathe to actively doing all the ish paper work needed to bring in dollars and happily put up with advisors cussing them out, all because you provided some fast food :sunglasses:

The climate around here depends on which hen has the most power in various parts of the office.

Down at the far end, it is usually tropical. It could be 75 and the local hens would be wearing their special sweaters they keep on the backs of their chairs for such occasions.

My office is close to the boss, who is 350+. Plus our secretary is constantly having hot flashes. So it is usually kept pretty GD cold at my end.

Hens are going to complain about the temperature no matter what. Just a fact of life.

We are currently in the early stages of remodeling the whole office. You think they fight over the heat/AC? Put a few color swatches in front of them. Holy ****.

I am going to suggest building a large chicken coop for about a half dozen of them at the other end of the hall. Currently taking bids for poop cleaning.

I'm really only on 2 acres. My in-laws have the other 13. They also have a Guatemalan fellow that likes to cut grass and weed eat.

-bow ties are for little dudes.

Bonz,
-if you haven't already done so...start having your dress shirts made to measure. Having an 18" neck and a 35 inch waist make it impossible to buy off the rack.

- Jesus Christ, Bonzo, you're not a bow tie guy. Know your style boundaries. Know yourself. Bow ties are some sillyass ****, anyway.

Anyone else need me to tell them how to NOT dress? I'm here to help.

- Peak Millennial Sportswriter Geek: Rooting for every player to do well and reach their potential. No. It's sports. I hope Kennard busts and never sees the NBA.

- I'm not one to criticize someone's parenting let alone put them ON BLAST on a public message board but it's pretty clear BRax is living out his baseball dreams through his boys and it straight pisses me off. It isn't right. Dude apparently has those kids out hitting balls til all hours of the night every night and its ********. Probably rocketing grounders at'm too, making them take them off the grill to build character. "Stay down!" Let them be kids, you POS. Sorry you got cut freshman year but that doesn't mean your kids are Bo Jackson. Prick.

- I will be in jeans at my sister and brotherinlaw's Derby party getting as bad as the weather tomorrow.

- I imagine SAE is a fun sonofabitch to Derby with in any setting. Imagine he beams with pride and everyone around him can feel it. Has to be intoxicating.

- Once again- "DNA" is :fire:.

Tried the custom dress shirt route, rudd. First one was made to perfection. Still wear it, fantastic fit.

Second was remeasured and cut 3 additional times, to no avail. Cost a lot more than a good Brooks Bros. or Banana slim fit, with several weeks' wait. Threw in the towel.
