I like South Carolina in the first game. That Wisconsin circus had to take something out of Florida physically and emotionally. That was what scared the hell out of me about our bracket.

I was afraid we'd have Florida's game against Wisconsin to beat UCLA and then be spent for UNC. That didn't happen. We led basically the whole way and won comfortably. It wasn't physically or emotionally draining. Our guys won and then acted like they expected to win. Emotionally and physically exhausting Saturday games helped cost us titles in 1997 & 2014.

^ Meh. Gonzaga beat WVU who was as good as just about anyone, then kicked the **** out of Xavier who beat FSU by 30, then handled Arizona (who Gonzaga has already beaten). They're worthy, and a top 5 team all season

Can't WAIT for all the Frank Martin stories this week -- the one by Goodman at home was great. Unbelievable. What a guy, happy and proud to have him in our league.

I am a quivering tub of goo. I hate the elite 8. It's the round where we've lost the most, and the last round where if you lose, your season loses meaning at this place. Good lord I'm nervous, but there's nobody I'd rather be nervous with than all my Wildcat Friends.
