LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky men’s basketball head coach John Calipari and football head coach Mark Stoops have each agreed to two-year extensions to their respective contracts, Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart announced on Wednesday.

The amendment to Calipari’s contract extends his deal from March 30, 2022 to March 30, 2024. Calipari’s total guaranteed compensation – including base salary, media/endorsement payments and retention bonuses – will be $8 million for the amended term. The total guaranteed compensation will increase to $7.75 million for the 2017-18 season and $8 million for each season thereafter

Interesting article on how tinder and instagram are helping road teams in the NBA win more bc they make it easier to set their hookups on social media rather than having to go out to the club, get drunk, bring the girl back yada yada yada.

Back in the heyday road teams lost at almost a 70% clip because they were too coked up, drunk, and putting in work to find freaks. Now you just "slide in the DM's."

Pay Cal and Stoops whatever. SEC money and whatnot.

But I'm already poised for redass the next time Matthew Mitchell gets re-upped, even if he has to take a pay cut.

I'm now getting ESPN notifications letting me know what Lavar Ball has said next [sick].

I can only hope we win Friday, Alford leaves, and the next UCLA coach pulls Li'monjello and Li'orangejello's offers.

Lavar has stated that his sons will play for Alford wherever he is coaching. Pretty sure Alford hopes that isn't the case.

I love old row rad chicks as much as the next guy but that chick is very frail looking. I'm worried about her honestly. She looks like she's not eating enough. Probably self conscious. She could stand to mix in a hamburger. Not sure she weighs enough pounds. ***** look like a stick bug. Sad!

You guys saw that official NCAA commercials. They don't recognize genders anymore. Mitch needs to stop being a sexist idiot and get rid of the hoops team. All athletes can play for our world class basketball program.

Ball just said today that his kids would play for UCLA even if Bozo the Clown was the coach.

They're going to continue to build it at UCLA, too, even if Alford returns to his Indiana Hoosier home. The Ball patriarch said he loves Alford, and Alford has thrown roses at the old man's feet, too. But as far as LiAngelo and LaMelo are concerned, LaVar said, "We're going to stick with UCLA even if you put Bobo the Clown in as coach."
