Next pic: Jenn photoshopping herself into this picture to make it look like Cal is hugging her.

Inspired by Killa, think we're gonna scooch on down to Nashville for the night tomorrow for a quick night away without the dogs. Think I'm up for the drive finally, and desperately need to get out of the house, Fairdale, and Valley Station.

Itinerary

-Post up on Broadway somewhere to watch the Cats by noon.
-Piddle around & day drink (gambol) in the honkey tonks & open air bars the rest of the afternoon (supposed to approach 70 degrees),
-Nice steak dinner for an early Vday
-Nightcap w/ some bars & live music #invictus
-Adult Hotel Fun

Free $300 hotel room courtesy of Hyatt Card anniversary, which I'll be cancelling for the annual fee refund on Monday morning. #profit

Good for the marriage, for sure. (both getting out of town and the hotel benefits)

Sewanee is a pretty cool campus/vibe, CB. You would've done just fine there.

Not sure I'd change anything bc of the people I've met, but I'd take a strong look at a 2 yr degree, begin a trade, have own company. Working for someone else can go straight to hell.

Some of my buddies started a craft brewery. Seems to be a good life choice. Spend their days at work making/drinking beer. They all had at least four year degrees though.

I thought there was a good chance of sorta working for myself when I went into my field, and then I turned down that job, which was also more lucrative with a potential buyout coming. And took a job where there's zero chance of partnership, for less money.

Typing that out makes my head hurt.

Regardless of their talent, I think it's fair to question why a cool, social, athletic kid would choose a small college to play ball for 4 years when he could attend a state U. where there's a lot of parties and hot chicks. JMO.
Throw athletics out of the equation and imagine arguing this basic point RE: US Universities vs. Canadian Universities. Also, be sure to only make this argument vs. rooms full of Canadians while in Canada. "Don't you get it? He needs the American collegiate experience. College sucks here! That way he can gain the confidence to be an *** to rooms full of nice people, like I'm doing right now, in order to do what's best for his family in future."

Come move in day 2032, he'll never be able to thank me enough.

- 73 is only happy when basking in nostalgia.

- What a hearty helping of humble pie it must be for the GYERO golfballs to realize lil ol' runnerboi PTI knows more about golf than any of them. :joy::scream:

- Who do you think are Cal's favorite of his players at UK? My guess:

1. Towns
2. Wall
3. MKG
4. Davis
5. Ulis

I was much more stressed golfing when work was going well. When work is ******, golf is a great release, but I rarely get to play anymore, so I relish the opportunities I do have.

Really really really really close to getting a second phone. Who has separate phones for work/personal?

PTI(pti) doesn't know **** about golf, but he seems to be great at predicting personal/family collapse and back failure. Great job!

-Ulis is higher than 5th, HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO COACH THAT YEAR lol.

Cal has a special place in his heart for Wall, Bledsoe and Cousins. He likes the street kids.

After that I say the twins bc of the ride in March of
2014. People need to realize he was going to take the Cavs job if the twins didn't return.

But then again maybe we'd be better off with a Greg Marshall or some other unproven commodity that we have no clue if he can handle the monster that is Kentucky Basketball much less take us to 4 Final Fours in 7 years.

Best part about having a second phone for work is carrying both of them around on the belt clip like a BAMF.

Did Pope call CB and say...."hey, I'm going to take off a little time from gyero, I need someone to take over my role of being an obnoxious douchebag that reminds gyero every other post that I'm a Dr."
