You are crazy man, Kentucky class will be much better. Cal will get more studs wait and see.

I don't think either team has finished recruiting for the year.

We'll get either Zion or Langford.
Kentucky may get Zion and could get one of Bol Bol or that one 7 footer whose name I can't remember.

Who has the better team (on paper) will depend on who Kentucky returns. My guess is:

Green (or he transfers)
Alexander
Baker (California kids can ball)
Gabriel
SKJ
Washington
Wynyard
Richards

I think Knox, Vanderbilt and Diallo are locks to leave.

Of course this is just my opinion based on watching college basketball for 40 years and the draft.

Well, you just about covered it, but, you forgot UL. Surely, you can edit this to include them.

My bad I forgot they were still fielding a team and was speaking about the blue bloods. Little brother got overlooked. I will miss Ricky P wearing the colonel Sanders suit though.

Yeah. Not to be Debbie Downer, but I don’t think we (KU) get either Zion or Langford.

Zion to UK. Langford to IU? Probably.

Both teams are going to be good. Zion is special, but I’m not sure he helps with UK’s shooting concerns.

We Kansas homers are happy to land our top four targets in the early signing period. Especially at point guard. That has been tough for us lately. Thankfully, we caught lightning in a bottle with Mason.

Love Devonté, but we are gonna miss Mason.

UK shouldn’t have any shooting concerns next year- Green, Quickly, Baker, Herro- all good to great shooters. And Johnson, Gabriel and Killeya-jones aren’t bad either.

I don’t trust the Lawson boys but Kansas looks great on paper next year. Going to be another year where Kentucky is loaded...and so is everyone else.

That's pretty negative. Self said Kansas will add at least one more. There are only two players we are recruiting with Langford more likely (75%) compared to Zion (25%). Also, Kentucky will be loaded with players who can shoot next year (see WCC's post just above this one).

True. Off the top of my head.

- Duke will lose a lot, but will return a lot (depth will be an issue).
- Michigan State will lose Ward, Bridges and Jackson. Not sure who they will add in this class (I think they have a couple top 100 players committed).
- Arizona will lose Trier, Alkins, Ayton, and Ristic, but have Brandon Williams and O'Neal coming in.
- UNC only loses Pinson and Berry? Add Coby White and Little.

Agree, except I think Richards goes based on his measurables and potential.

I think we will look something like this next season:

G Quickley/Green
G Johnson/Herro/Baker
F Williamson/Gilgeous-Alexander
F Washington/Gabriel
F Killeya-Jones/Brown/Wynyard

Duke won't have anybody inside but they'll probably pull some damn shady magic trick and bring in a couple guys who wouldn't be eligible anywhere else. As for UNC, Roy Williams is possibly the worst coach in the country with Freshman and one-&-dones. They are going to struggle the next few years until he can hold back some more Top 20 5* talent into their Jr and Sr years.

Lawson's are not ever going to amount to their talent or they'd have never transferred they'd be in the NBA. I'll tell you a secret, the primary reason why Self took the Lawson's is 2019 and daddy Lawson's influence. James Wiseman #1 recruit Tennessee kid and friends, top 10 recruit DJ Jefferies is their cousin, top 15-20 player Chandler Lawson is their brother and by most considered the best of the brothers.

Also class of 2021 sf/pf Jonathan Lawson

Love QG's game. Sad to see him go to Kansas. They have snagged a good one.
