I'd like to see the contracts. For one thing, if you are going to take me from TX where I can get paid under table tax free $, or I can go to CA and get my $ taken from me.......I'll go the college route. The inability for young athletes/agenda driven people to omit taxes from financial talk is always interesting. Good people with $ make it and continue to earn. Bad people with $ blow through it and end up broke. Doesn't matter how much they are getting...they won't have it. So I'd tell G-League--that's great--set up teams in Vegas, TX, NV, and CA can kiss my ***.

all the other envelopes with the schools logos (memphis, texas, auburn, michigan) don’t have “april 24th” on them nor do they have a signature on them...

Just wondering if you use the avatar because you have some sexual issues, or is it wishful thinking?

Always a caveat with insiders.

It’s not a caveat; it’s simply the truth.

Two years ago—before Penny was hired at Memphis—there was public consensus that James Wiseman was going to Kentucky. Penny gets hired at Memphis; pays for his [Wiseman] entire family to move to Memphis; he ultimately commits to Memphis.

Recruiting is fluid; it changes. That’s an objective truth.

Also, please don’t call me an ‘insider.’ I stated earlier that same day I wasn’t one or ever claimed to be one; do you want me to dig up that post, too?

Don’t worry I don’t think for a second you’re an insider. I’ve seen a thousand of these posts on here during my time and “things change” is always part of the post. Anybody can say this stuff and then if they’re wrong say “recruiting is fluid”. I ain’t mad about it but don’t act like you have ground breaking stuff.

I love your avatar picture man....
What part are you talking about? Greg Brown?
if so, you could be right. But our chances went way up when Montgomery left.

Have you seen trailer park boys? It’s awesome. [roll]

Not only Brown, I don’t see a scenario in which Askew or Mintz is not the PG. a

Again, never claimed I did and specifically stated I did not have direct connections with those involved in specific recruitments; just restating what was being said from various sources/accounts in amateur/grassroots basketball that majority of people on here were not familiar with.

I apologize for attempting to give people another means for accessing [FREE] information that majority of other sites--including this one--make you pay for through a 'premium' service.

Also, it's disingenuous for you to continue making claims about me, what I have said, or who I am, when I have specifically stated and provided evidence that none of what you claim is true.

Again, I apologize for making previous post with the genuine effort and intent of communicating relevant information that is being said or discussed through various forms of social media. I sincerely hope you were not offended at my previous attempt(s) to have meaningful dialogue and discussions with other members of the fan base who enjoy following basketball recruiting.

*This is my formal public statement of apology to everyone I have emotionally hurt or scarred during this time

I don't really care about if you're right or not on things, they do change. 17/18 year old kids, most years, are worrying about their date for the prom and a senior trip and graduation party. I do appreciate your perspective and take on things and you sound very educated. Keep the information coming, I enjoy it, for one.

I've seen part of it. I may watch it tonight. Is it a movie or a series with episodes?

What good is "free information" when it leads up in the same dead end and vacant lot of not successfully landing a recruit?

None of the "insiders" saw Bam coming, or Knox, or Murray. Those type of recruitments caught us all off guard.

Then the recruitments like Boston's or Clarke's were delineated over the course of weeks and months. That is to say, the "insiders" are not giving us any info that isn't readily available for long periods of time.

They're a bunch of charlatans, and BBN is wising up to it.

Nobody really thought Brown was coming here, to many good players and he wants to be a 3 not a 4/5. He wants to open his game up and Shaka will let him get 12-15 shots a game. Not here my friend!!!
