Everyone knows he's going to Texas so he's trying to get some drama.

The telltale sign that he's not coming here is the fact that he's playing games. If he was coming here, the UK staff would have told him to stay classy and respectful of all that recruited him. He's not, so he's not coming here and I wish we'd tell him to stop using our name.

I can't remember a UK commit that played childish games, but maybe I'm forgetting someone.
None of those other fan bases even know who this kid is. They all care more about ANY football recruit that is still deciding.
Brown KNOWS this, so he has kept UK prominently on his list so he can have an audience, especially considering COVID-19 has taken away most of the drama involved in his announcement.
Like most, I will be SHOCKED to see him pick anyone but Texas.
