And you still don't know why anyone would care that this guy got fired yet you keep responding, cool. I know what that guy's rant (memo) says. My point is that if you embarrass your employer in an intended public way or your correspondence gets made public, expect to get fired and that's what happened here. No one should surprised.

1st amendment doesn't mean much to the left when they disagree with it...
The first protects you from the government not other people or entities. Aren't you one of the folks supporting the idea that NFL players should be fired for exercising their first amendment rights? Honestly, the owners could do that if they wanted, and it wouldn't be infringing on the rights of those players. The owners seem to take the position that doing that wouldn't help their bottom line. Google made a different decision with this guy.
