I’m sorry I can’t for the life of me understand standing looking at the sideline for 10 seconds? Late in the game to kill clock, I get, but it cost RU timeouts today.
In theory it's to allow the OC to get the best play in based on how the D lines up. In practice, the OC takes way too long to get the play in and forces a time out.

Babers uses a timeout on a first down (when the clock already stopped for a little bit) and waits 10 seconds into the clock to use it too. Wasted 40 seconds mathematically, 20 there and then 40 on an ensuing down
The overall job he did today is an abomination
