Can we please got to an EFFING 1-3-1 or 3-2 zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every game against teams that launch threes we stick with this ****** man defense and it does not WORK PERIOD.

SWITCH UP THE MOTHER EFFING D PIKE!!!!

turnovers, leaving guys open for 3 and lack of defensive rebounding killing us. they completely outplayed us the last ten minutes. Would love to be wrong but iowa seems to have our number. We can lock down most teams in the league but then minus that one game last year

BTW as soon as we went to a zone Mccaffery hit a 3. And that has happened many times this season. Ditch the zone Pike. And figure out how to contest the iowa shooters

Well dudes … skipping the 2nd half to get a workout in before wrestling … wishing the team luck and hope for a pleasant surprise … team played hard, but some teams have your number.

Sloppy on both ends by RU. I would have hoped we watched the insane amount of 3’s they took at the RAC and figured out we need to contest their shots more.

13 turnovers and giving up 8 3s

Its RAC game part 2

Remember that game the lead was 34-30 and then they took control the last 3 minutes before half

This time 32-30 with chance to tie and they go on 13-4 run

Its just a piss poor defensive performance and 13 turnovers is inexcusable

The refs have zero to do with this

We were in the 1-3-1 when McCaffery hit his first. 3-2 won’t fix this, Iowa’s ball movement is too good.

You gotta be kidding me with this take. Look at the 3 point stat line between the two teams.
People blaming this on the refs have zero basketball IQ. Unforced TOs (13!) have given them so many extra opportunities and taken away our own, while slow rotations on defense have led to a ton of open looks and they're hitting them at a 50% clip (8-16). That's why we're losing, not the refs.

No, it’s not. We aren’t playing well at all
Playing well enough to be down a bucket
From the point we should have gotten an intentional 2 shot foul on dix on they have let Iowa play like the Detroit pistons and call everything on us the foul call on Rebier was BS in comparison to what’s going on on the other end
All are points are in the paint, we have as many fouls as they do how can that be!!!

We can’t defend every 3 point shooter they have which is multiple.

You can take away some things. You can’t take away everything.

Making Ulis hit 3s was part of the plan. But he’s hitting them.

Good offense beats good defense in basketball.

The amount of ******** they get away with is absurd.

The 3 point shooting always seems to be insane against us

Have you seen us play defense? This is basically them matching our style of play. We have a thousand turnovers and keep missing near the basket. Maybe 2 3s so far on our side. They’re outplaying us.

Other teams said, he cant create shot for himself so just dont give him any room when he gets the ball

I hope he turns it around but he’s also not built like a B1G guard. He could simply be out of gas.
