There is plenty of blame to go around, but if Geo and Ron play like this, it doesn't matter what Pike does. We are looking at an L.

Do you think Pike changed something in particular that lead to Ron and Geo's off night and lack of effort?

Personally, I think it's on them. They are senior leaders and captains and they knew how important a road win was here. Despite that they came out flat and didn't show any heart at all. They need to take personal accountability for their play and effort and show up Saturday

Helluva a lot of money for doing nothing. Coaches bring these players in and should be able to motivate them. They are responsible for offense, defense, lineups etc. yet they are irrelevant…ok

Hey watch it fella, no one's allowed to criticize Pike on this board or you will be attacked mercilessly and might even have family members disappear. He's the untouchable supreme ruler for many of these clowns.

It’s not that you can’t criticize pike but the reality is if your 5th year seniors don’t show up on the road you aren’t winning. You can blame the coach or blame the guys that actually play the game

Pike recruited these guys, has worked with them for 5 years and should know how to motivate them both at home and on the road. It's on Pike way more than on the players.

And if they're playing non-motivated and appear like they don't want to be out there, then send them a serious message and bench their sorry asses and put some other kids in who do want to be out there. Pike's biggest mistake is he treats his starters like royalty even when they're playing like s***.

This. Geo and Ron's performance wasn't about coaching lol. Come on.

Pike can be criticized for Oskar getting so many minutes with Jones on the bench.

Blaming Pike for Geo and Ron's effort just shows a complete lack of personal accountability. They are senior leaders not freshman

Yessir... And even though many times we were out talented, my kids were never out hustled or outworked and always had tremendous respect for the game. And if you don't believe me send me your email and I'll have one of the top Baseball umpires in the Southwest who does all the top tournaments in Vegas and also University of Arizona games give you his opinion of how hard my kids worked and played and had total respect for the game. Pike's players quit on him and RU tonight.

They should be benched and have less talented players 'who want it more' play

My kids never quit even when we were getting thrashed...that's coaching

Pike recruited Oskar and Reiber and his upper classmen who mostly play great at home and always s*** the bed on the road.... He recruited them all so he's responsible for the whole enchilada

The team **** the bed as they always do on the road and the head coach bears no responsibility according to many of the clowns on this board. F----in' hilarious....a total clown show on the board.

Of course. The coach is responsible...he's the captain of the ship ... What don't you understand about the captain taking full responsibility. Or is it that you live in such a 'woke' world that it's okay that nobody takes responsibility....what a clown show.

No one is saying the coaches bear no responsibility. However ultimately it’s o the players. These are grown men. Time to act like it.
